Here I am excited to get this Full size metal bed spring after it took forever for them to deliver even though this is a prime product. I was tired of waiting because my mattress came early but the spring bed was taking so long to get to me. Finally it got here and I'm stuck. Everything was going well until I got to the second stage. That was when I realized they did not include the appropriate screws. The #3 screws that are supposed to go in the middle with the E metal is too short for the spaces so I used the #2 screws which is the appropriate screw. However when you get to the third stage where you should use Screw #3, the recommended screw #2 which remember is appropriate for the metal E at the second stage. So, you have to use your discretion when setting this up because if you follow their instructions, you may be lost. The put the wrong screws in the wrong numbers. I finally figured it out.

I asked Amazon if there is a way that just the part can be sent, and the only way is to send it back, which involves a special pickup, and then order again. That is ridiculous.

The installation is very simple and the tools it comes with can be done by one person in less than 15 minutes.
