Overall these are great and very large. They work perfectly on a pizza sheet or other very large baking pan. It is super non stick and I love that there is no oil needed for baking with these.

OMG, these are great! I didn't realize they'd be so big but I'm glad they are. I have a couple ginormous baking sheets that these fit perfectly on. Plus, they're great for the counter when I'm rolling and kneading dough because they stay put. The dough doesn't stick either. I love these and they're a great addition to all my baking stuff.

This was my first time getting silicone baking mats. I’ve always used parchment paper, but felt like I wanted a more eco-friendly option (and money saver). So I got these. They seemed well made. However, when I used them for the first time, I noticed how incredibly long & wide they were! (See picture). I have standard full-size cookie sheets, so I didn’t think I needed to measure them, so I guess that was my mistake. They were so long, though, that they were practically touching the sides of my oven (again, standard size large oven). I was worried that this would be a problem. Now, I’m not sure it was due to its size and being near the sides of the oven, OR if these mats cannot handle a 350 degree (Fahrenheit) oven…But on one of the mats, the coating cracked. (See picture). So, I’m going to try cutting it down to the correct size (even though this will destroy the design), and see if it fixes the issue. I will say that they did clean up well. So that’s a positive. I washed it by hand, because I don’t know if it could handle the heat of a dishwasher. Overall, these are nice silicone mats, but they have some design flaws. Maybe they would work better with a deep roasting pan, but not for cookie sheets.

doesnt fit a full size sheet pan and smaller dimensions than advertised. otherwise looks like decent silicone sheets for the price but advertisement needs to be updated. NOT for full size sheet pan.

These baking mats are great. I've used them on a baking sheet not really meant for making cookies, so that i can make cookies without the bottoms burning. I've also used these as a way to cool when I make candies like pralines. They work really well, are easy to clean, and I've had nothing stick to them yet. Great mats to have in your kitchen for multiple purposes.

*Nothing* burns. *Nothing* sticks. If I'd had these years ago, my baking trays and sheets would still look like new. Why did I wait so long? Okay, maybe that's too much gushing, so I'll tell you why I like these so much. Let me count the reasons... 1. They don't change cooking time. Silicone is a great insulator, but these sheets are very thin so you don't need to change your roasting or baking time. Just bake or roast as usual; everything comes out evenly cooked on the top and bottom, because... 2. Nothing burns on the bottom! My sweetheart and I made scones on these baking sheets. Instead of the normal outcome of slightly-burned undersides, the scones came out with a perfectly even finish on the top and bottom. Tonight I roasted broccoli at 500 degrees, and it came out perfectly (just barely) crispy all over, instead of slightly crispy on the top and charred to cinders on the bottom. The second photo shows the nasty mess of overheated olive oil residue, which wiped off instantly. Your oven cannot hurt these baking sheets, unless your oven is a pottery kiln. 3. Incredibly easy cleanup: nothing sticks to them. Food doesn't stick to them. Burned olive oil wipes right off. Burned cheese wipes right off. Try getting burned oil off of an aluminum baking tray and you'll appreciate the value of instant, easy cleanup. 4. You get two of them, and they're gigantic. You might have some giant cookie sheets, but most baking pans are around 18x12 and these baking sheets are almost *twice* that size. I cut one of them in half so they'll fit my baking pans. If you like to use your oven and you haven't tried silicone baking sheets, these are the bomb. I use them all the time now
