I wasn’t real sure how comfortable this thing could be , one it’s from a box and how extremely airtight and compressed it comes I was sure it would be flat and I would disappointed. But….. It is surprisingly comfortable! The longer it sits and decompresses the better it will get. The mattress looks exactly as shown and the description is accurate. I find this mattress is a Medium firmness. This is perfect for those that are like us and cannot agree on a firmness. This hybrid mattress is in the middle of firm and soft. The mattress is 10” thick and it is heavy you will likely need assistance moving it. I have the queen size. It fit on a standard queen size bed frame. My queen size mattress also came with 2 pillows. The pillows are ok and are not my favorite they will stay in the guest room. But I have my favorite pillows already so maybe I’m being partial. The material feels soft and breathable. It doesn’t feel like cheap material , it is a knitted fabric that is skin friendly and is certified by CertPUR US. I don’t feel itchy with this one either. I feel safe using this mattress. There is memory foam that not makes it so comfy and it helps keep noise and movement of the bed down by the kids or pets, spouse. Ahhh some better sleep for sure! Overall I feel it is a great value!! It is comfortable and of good quality and this heavy thing is delivered to you. I would recommend this mattress. It is surprisingly comfortable!

The mattress is pretty thick and very comfortable. Came in multiple vacuum packed plastic foils/bags so that was good, was delivered directly to my Apt door, which was good since the package is heavy. What bothers me is that there is a dent in the middle of the mattress, presumably due to it being rolled up in the package. If there is any tip on how to get it all straight, that would be great

This 10 inch hybrid mattress from inthebox is fantastic. Several things I like about it so far. First, as you can see on the box itself, it is made in Indonesia. As soon as I opened it, it began to inflate and was fully inflated in about 4 hours (I'm sure that varies). After it was inflated, it is Very comfortable. Not too firm or too soft. It also came with 2 pillows too. I threw them in the dryer on fluff and they fluffed up nice and are also soft and comfortable. I ordered this to replace a different brand I had ordered for my guest room just a few months ago and I'm glad I did. This mattress is great and definitely much better than the one it replaced. I attached a couple of pictures so you can see how it ships and the finished product. It is definitely a full 10 inches thick when inflated, not like some others (like the one this replaced). I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a very comfortable mattress without spending a ton of money. Definitely worth it!

After letting it expand fully and air out a bit, I noticed this is super comfy and the firm support and pocket springs make for a wonderful sleep experience! It's a good value. Super glad I got this one. I use it on a metal platform support and it is silent.
