You get a variety of sizes and they are decent quality. I propagate a lot of plants with very tight cuts and these work perfect, especially if you need a lot of them. Very sharp, beware. I have had one or two snap while cutting thick stems with the smaller blades, but it's a rare occurrence.

I got these to use for removing dead skin around a few plantar warts I had. The blades are super sharp, so be careful if using them on skin. They worked perfectly, and they are individually packaged, which keeps everything sanitary and easy to dispose of and then reuse the handle with a new blade. On the downside, once the blade is on, it's very difficult to remove without snapping the blade itself. It is a bit dangerous, but for the price it is still worth using. I recommend using a towel or bunch of paper towels to snap the blade to remove it safely.

Need something cut? Something requiring precision and minimal effort? Opening letters? Crafting stuff for an upcoming fair, festival, seance, open house, shindig, protest, book tour kick off, summer camp chicken pox immunity fortification ice cream social sleep over? Uuummmm. *raises hand* check please.. All those events are pencilled in to my itinerary using permanent pencil. So much cutting. Scissors? Pffft. What is this, The great Gatsby? Geeeettt outta here you complicated medieval, neogoth, post steampunk looking contraption with your gears and complicated moving parts waiting to cut you. These medical grade blades will do the job, not only better... but make you look smarter, taller, funnier, and more better at grammar. ... they rule. I use them for art and they dont hold up as long but the amount charged for regular craft blades (#11) that dull as easily... if youe going to keep replacing blades, this is better deal. They are not as sturdy and have had a few snap but thats on me as theyre not meant for heavy surgery. Recommended.

They come sharp out of the sterile foil but after a few uses and flame sterilization cycles the edge is totally gone and you’re using a butter knife. Will try using alcohol instead hopefully that’s less abusive to the edge. Easy to fit and attach blades and they seem secure so that’s a plus.
