I’ve had my VISCOUNTESS King Mattress for about a month now, and I’m honestly blown away by the comfort and quality. The Euro top feels plush and welcoming when you first lie down, but underneath it has a nice medium-firm support that keeps my back and hips aligned. I used to wake up with lower back pain, and that’s almost completely gone now! The hybrid design — a mix of pocketed coils and foam layers — really gives you the best of both worlds: soft comfort up top with solid support underneath. One thing I really appreciate is the motion isolation. My partner tosses and turns, and with our old mattress, I’d feel every move. With this one, I barely notice. It’s been a huge improvement for both of us. The setup was super easy too — it arrived rolled and vacuum-sealed. Once I cut the plastic, it expanded fully within a few hours. My husband and I bought this (10in hybrid, gray, king) for two reasons - we moved and needed a mattress ASAP, and because it was shipped in a box so we didn’t need a truck to transport. It has BLOWN us away. We prefer a firm mattress and this absolutely does it without feeling like sleeping on a board. If you like stability but need extra plush, a mattress topper would give you that. We do not use a mattress topper as we love the feel as is! I sleep so soundly, and do NOT wake up with back or hip pain as I previously had with other mattresses. The quality is also so impressive. I’ve never had a gray mattress, but this feels luxurious. The stitching is super strong. We don’t worry about it coming undone or not lasting, even with our crazy dogs playing on the bed all day! We loved this mattress so much that we ordered the same exact one (10in hybrid, gray) in a queen size for our guest room! AND I’ve recommended it to friends for their rentals. If you like a firm mattress, want quality, and want it at a great price, don’t hesitate - BUY THIS!

Wow! This is a pretty nice mattress for being an unknown brand and at this price point. My wife and I recently bought a queen sized hybrid Dream Cloud mattress with the adjustable premier base for our primary bedroom. We wanted to replace our most used spare bedroom bed with a full size hybrid Dream Cloud but that was cost prohibitive. After searching online forever and reading 100's of reviews for various affordable hybrid mattresses, I kept landing on this Viscountess full size hybrid mattress which seemed to have mostly positive reviews. The 100 day trial period helped sway my purchasing decision. It arrived and I lugged it upstairs. It was heavier than expected. I'd recommend a helper. I unboxed it and released it from its tightly sealed bag with the included handy cutting device. After letting it expand an appropriate length of time, I tried it out. It was immediately very comfortable and more firm than I'd imagined it would be. It's firm but cushiony (is that a word?) Side support seems a little droopy, but I'm not a sit on the side of a bed kind of guy. We're very pleased with this mattress so far. It's no Dream Cloud, but for $269 delivered, its pretty amazing!

This mattress is very comfortable. It has started to help with mine and my husband's back and body pain within a matter of days and we have both been getting more sound sleep. We did allow the mattress to sit for 72 hours to fluff up to it's best potential. There was no smell and it was easy to unpack. I would recommend it 9 out of 10 and that is only because of the ends of the bed that lack stability when you sit on it. Very much so worth the money!!
