Every person is different. And so, all I can say is how comfortable this mattress is for someone of my size. My weight is quite low and I am very skinny yet, I found this mattress to be pretty comfortable. Which is actually rare for me to find, because even being as skinny as I am the softest of mattresses can start to feel like concrete after only a short time... But not this one. To me, it isn't too soft and it isn't too firm. Well, I suppose it's more on the firm side, but that's most probably because of my small size. It also seems like a quality mattress, considering that it only costs $159.78 for the twin size (at the time of this review). Just keep in mind that if you do choose to get this mattress, to not expect it to be a super comfortable mattress, as it's price is similar to the lowest priced mattresses of this type and size. I once had a twin mattress that WAS super comfortable, but it had costed a thousand dollars and was like two feet thick. And it wasn't the best fit for the top bunk on the bunk bed that I have. This mattress, however, IS the perfect fit for the top bunk. And so, based on my experience with this mattress, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is considering getting it. ... show more

This mattress was a huge upgrade from our previous 5-inch IKEA foam mattress. The extra thickness and hybrid design make a noticeable difference right away. It feels sturdy and supportive without being too firm, and it has been very comfortable for sleeping. I was also impressed with how compact the box was when it arrived. Setup was easy, and unlike some mattresses-in-a-box, this one did not violently pop open when unwrapped. It expanded smoothly and evenly with no issues. It also comes with an “EZ-Open bag opener” to help open the packaging safely without cutting into the mattress. Another big plus was that there was basically no odor after opening it, which was something I was worried about. Within a short time it was fully expanded and ready to use. Overall, this mattress feels well-made, supportive, and very comfortable. Excellent value and a major improvement in sleep quality compared to our old mattress. ... show more

    • Comfortable Mattress That Helped My Back Almost Immediately

We bought this mattress after realizing our old one had started sagging badly in the middle. The difference during the first night was honestly noticeable. The hybrid design feels supportive without being rock hard, and both my wife and I slept more comfortably than we had in months. Motion isolation works surprisingly well too because I usually wake up whenever someone moves around, but this mattress absorbs movement much better than traditional spring mattresses. My kids even jumped on it the first day while it expanded, which turned into an entire family event in the bedroom. The mattress did have a slight boxed foam smell during the first evening, but it faded within a couple of days after airing out. It also takes some time to fully expand, so people should be patient before judging firmness immediately. Overall though, this ended up being one of the best home purchases we made recently because better sleep honestly affects everything else during the day. ... show more
