    • Two items to consider
The O-ring that came with this carburetor was too small. Fortunately, the old one was still good. The original carburator did not have a gasket between the carburator and the grounding plate. I used the gasket that came with the carburator. This insulated the grounding plate causing the kill switch to not work, which took a lot of troubleshooting to figure out. Rather than taking the carburator off and removing the gasket, I moved the switch's ground wire to the screw holding the air filter base. After that, the carburator worked perfectly. ... show more
