This queen mattress arrived in a much skinnier box than I expected compared to other foam mattresses. Compressed, the mattress was as wide as a queen bed, but rolled into a 12-inch diameter cylinder. Unrolling was easy, and it took only a couple of hours to decompress, though instructions say it takes 48 hours for it to fully expand to original size. There was also some light off-gassing on the first day, so in general, it's best to let it expand somewhere that can receive some ventilation. This is actually my first time using a hybrid mattress (i.e., foam with pocket springs), and I can honestly say it will be hard to go back to an all-foam one. With the combination of memory foam and individual coils, you still get that cushioned, contouring feel on top, but the coils underneath give better support. And for those wondering—yes, sex is better on a hybrid mattress! The coils give a little bounce without being overly springy like traditional innerspring beds. The edge of the bed also feel more supported, so you don’t feel like you're sliding off the bed just when things are getting good. So far, I’m impressed with how comfortable and quiet it is despite the metal coils. Plus, the mix of plushness and stability has been great for both sleeping and... other activities. At under $250, the price is hard to beat for a mattress that feels like premium quality.

Gray mattress overall, really nice and thick, good comfort, good softness. One thing I really liked about it was at what I needed to move it. I can still roll it, which was helpful. Setting up was pretty easy you just kinda let us sit and do its thing, it will expand. It is big so make sure you have the space for it. Firm enough, good size obviously for the queen. Awesome cooling effect. Aesthetically looks fantastic. Kind of fits with any scenario, which is nice. We got a lot of compliments on this from people who laid on it as friends and family. Definitely something that exceeded my expectations. No funny smell or weird spots. Was able to utilize it pretty quickly. I definitely like it.

Arrived in a narrower box than the last mattress in a box I had purchased so easier to move around. It was vacuum sealed and immediately expanded within seconds of unrolling, but we let it sit before doing a review. Very little or no odor that we noticed. I would say it’s more a medium in firmness. If you like a firm mattress this one may be too soft. But I found it very soft and comfortable to lie on. The foam top is cozy. If you sit on the corner of the bed it definitely dips, but how often are you doing that? Especially for a guest room we think it’s great!

I haven’t had a spring mattress in a while so it took some getting used to of how bouncy it is. It is very comfortable though. Both me and my husband suffer from back problems and we really needed a good mattress. I haven’t had any problems when waking up on this mattress, my back feels so much better. It’s the perfect firmness between hard and soft, it’s a very good medium. It came packaged in a vacuum sealed roll. Be careful when unraveling it though!! It just jumps at you as soon as you open it, my husband was pushed and fell because of it. It’s a great mattress for a really good price and I would recommend it especially for people who suffer from back problems.

I like an extra firm mattress so this one's not for me But it is a good enough mattress if you want one a bit less firm. It is quite heavy and I had to get help to carry it up to my 2nd story bedroom.....some describe these in-a-box mattress's as having a bit of chemical odor when you first get them that has to be aired out but I didn't smell anything, After we laid it out flat on box springs we squared it up to the edges and used the included tool to slice the end of the plastic wrapper....by the time I got my video camera ready it had already expanded to full size within seconds....pretty neat to watch actually. With two people it was pretty easy to set up, and compared to other mattress available locally it was very affordable...As far as sleep quality I think with this mattress it is somewhat subjective....I weigh about 250 lbs and tend to ride a bit lower in this but I think people weighing less than (I'm guessing) 180 lbs would like it more....The worst part about the mattress for me which caused the 2 star rating was that when I sat on the edge it didn't support my weight and dipped down more than half of it's height....at my age it was difficult to get up from such a low height on a mattress with very little support....Children or lighter individuals may not have this problem and would rate it higher.

There is a lot of value to this mattress. First, I love how it arrived. It was vacuumed sealed and super easy to setup. After a few moments it inflated to its original shape. The stitching also seemed to be as good as my old mattress that was three times the cost. The size was also as big as the Queen bed it replaced. I wanted something firmer. But I think it was a bit softer than I expected. Nonetheless, it’s still comfortable and Im getting a good nights rest. This is definitely a good buy for a budget bed. Highly recommended for a guest room. Or a rental property.

This mattress comes compressed, was easy to set up, and expanded in a little over an hour. I didn't notice any odor like some of the other compressed mattresses. It has a soft, cushiony top layer. It is bouncy to sit on and feels moderately firm to sleep on. I've been sleeping well on this comfortable mattress. It seems to be of good quality and is very reasonably priced.
