The bed was durable and nice quality. It didn't squeak her wobble it was very stable. We were really happy with it. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because one of the bars was misshapen. It didn't affect the build or the structure, but it just made it look funky. There was like a dent in one of the railings. A big dent, not just a little small Nick or scratch in the paint. It was like a huge misshapen dent. It was also hard and annoying to put together. This loft bed? Total game changer for my 250 sq ft micro-studio apartment. I could barely move around in here before, let alone fit a couch. Now my apartment is much more user friendly and actually feels like a home. I searched for a long time to find one that would fit in here. I don’t have the standard 8ft ceilings (mine are 7.49 feet), so I needed something a tad shorter than the average loft bed. This one leaves plenty of clearance for my head. I can actually sit up fully and still have an inch or two of room above my head, so I don’t feel as if I’m letting in a coffin with my nose to the ceiling. I’m 5”5 with an average torso size, if that helps anyone. As you can see, despite being shorter, it easily fits a futon under it (also from Amazon) and could probably even fit something slightly taller than a futon. It arrived in two very long packages, and both were delivered on the same day. I called a friend over to help assemble it, and it took us 5 hours. Everything was labeled clearly, but there are a LOT of pieces. Be prepared for a huge assembly process, and don’t try to do it alone. It’s not that it’s overly complicated to assemble, but you’ll need a second set of hands to hold the support beams up while screwing pieces in, otherwise it won’t stand up on its own. It is sturdy. Really sturdy. It can withstand my five year old, my three cats, and me with no problem. The stairs are narrow. I do have to go up and down sideways, but it’s still more convenient than a ladder, and my kid can go up and down like a normal staircase with no problem. The extra storage on the staircase offers plenty of room for my kid’s toy baskets, and all of my winter coats fit on the coat rack like a charm. 10/10, best purchase I’ve made on Amazon in years. I’m beyond thrilled that it’s made my little shoebox of an apartment into a suitable home for my child and me.

I love this bed. It allows me to separate from my sleeping for my waking area. A little wobbly on top and you have to pick your matches very carefully because there are no guard reels if you have a normal size mattress so it’s a little bit dangerous for me and my cat. I have twin XL size. Excited to make it mine. As a young woman, I could not have completed this without my dad’s help. There were parts that you needed to people to do without an argument, it needed two people. It took me two hours to start it and then my dad and I finished it and then my dad and i finished it in about five hours so total around seven hours. also the remote for my lights don’t work, but the LED strip does work so that was disappointing

I love it. I have a TV nook underneath. It really opens up my room. The bed is fairly easy to get in and out of. I also like the extra storage it provides. My son and I put it together in a day. It does have a LOT of pieces, but it's very sturdy once assembled.

It is really good and sturdy. I am 260 pounds and a male and I fit in the bed perfectly. However, it is only for one person at this weight because of the weight limit. It looks good and I had someone assemble it for me and they didn't have any issue.

This bed is fantastic!!! I was able to build on my own in about 6 hours for my daughter’s new room. Two people would’ve be great but with the directions and pieces it went quickly by myself. The bed is super sturdy and the stairs are easy for me to climb up and down with the bonus of storage! The LED lights are a bonus for helping her in the night if need be. She loves the reading nook under her bed and the storage.
