Wow! This is a pretty nice mattress for being an unknown brand and at this price point. My wife and I recently bought a queen sized hybrid Dream Cloud mattress with the adjustable premier base for our primary bedroom. We wanted to replace our most used spare bedroom bed with a full size hybrid Dream Cloud but that was cost prohibitive. After searching online forever and reading 100's of reviews for various affordable hybrid mattresses, I kept landing on this Viscountess full size hybrid mattress which seemed to have mostly positive reviews. The 100 day trial period helped sway my purchasing decision. It arrived and I lugged it upstairs. It was heavier than expected. I'd recommend a helper. I unboxed it and released it from its tightly sealed bag with the included handy cutting device. After letting it expand an appropriate length of time, I tried it out. It was immediately very comfortable and more firm than I'd imagined it would be. It's firm but cushiony (is that a word?) Side support seems a little droopy, but I'm not a sit on the side of a bed kind of guy. We're very pleased with this mattress so far. It's no Dream Cloud, but for $269 delivered, its pretty amazing!

Me and came to the conclusion that for the price it's a very good mattress. Its 14" wide and very comfortable. For someone on a budget its a nice choice if you want a quality mattress for a low price.

As a human who has nerve damage and back pain constantly, this mattress has changed my sleep in a great way. It is firm but not too firm to where it feels like I'm sleeping on a floor. I am a side sleeper by habit and have had no issues with the support. I don't feel like I am either sinking into the mattress or stiff as a board. Great value for the money. I like that even though it is a compressed mattress it expanded fast and only took about 24 hours to fully expand. It fits perfectly in my room and I've only had this mattress for a few months but I find the durability to be long lasting.

I was skeptical buying at mattress at the price but wow! Its super comfy but a bit on the firm side which me being a belly/side sleeper, my arms are usually tucked under me and it does cause my shoulder and arm to hurt due to the firmness and my weight (300) so I'll be adding a softer topper to help that out. So the only complaint is the firmness, I'm use to a softer mattress. If you prefer a firm mattress buy this one! I can sit all day in it and keeps it shape.
