This worked for training my puppy! So easy. He however chewed one off of the inside of the door. The outside one is still in tact for now. They work fantastic! So bummed he destroyed one. Would luv to replace but he is trained already- this little miracle saved me numerous times! Would definitely recommend!

This little doorbell is perfect for my elderly dog, who struggles to use the dog door. I placed it right beside the flap, where she naturally noses. The bell is ULTRA SENSITIVE so the dog does not need to learn to press it down-simply touch it. Variety of non-doorbell like tones allow me to pick a sound that will not send the rest of the pack into an alert, as if a package had arrived. It is a different tone than my Ring doorbell. I highly recommend this product.

SonI got this for training the puppy to potty train. Well nope. But the cats know how to use it when they want out. So yes it works, but not for my purposes. Supposedly I can change the tune, but I've had no success. The tone is what it is. After 45 minutes of reading and rereading instructions and trying and looking up videos, I gave up. So the cats like it. We have come not to. I think I'll move it outside for winter so they can tell me when they want in. Puppy learned the jingle bells near the door so those are now a permanent feature so we know when he's got to go out. His big brother just opens the door and lets himself out so I'm sure it won't be long until the bells are obsolete too.

Lobe this dog bell and it works great but docked it one star because of this: Bought this with 2 transmitters the 2nd of November. First week in December the cover kept coming off of one. 2nd week in December it stopped working completely. Turns out the dog knocked the battery out of it. The second one is fine. Can't find any way to contact customer service or order a replacement, but it is working ok. We just have to keep an eye on it. I hope it holds up.
