I have had this massager a couple of months and I think it's great. I have back issues, and I find this very soothing and relaxing when I place it on my recliner chair, and choose the program I like best. There looks like there's a lot of buttons on the controller, but it's really very simple. I leave the intensity on FULL (the default setting) and simple turn it ON, and set my program. It provides 10 massaging zones, heat, and runs for 20 minutes before it shuts off. (Heat can be on or off.) I have had massagers before with the rolling balls, but I like this "vibrating massage" much better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I live with chronic pain. I have bought and tried multiple products with the hope of getting some relief. I'm really glad that I found this mat. It has many excellent points. The first being I can use it laying down or sitting in a chair and it covers important pressure points on the whole body. It does have heat though it only heats in the lower back/hip area of the mat. It has multiple vibration presets but it also allows you to adjust the areas you want to vibrate. On days where i need extra lumbar suport it's as easy as pumping up the attached balloon to the right comfort level. If I could make one change to the mat it would be to make the time cycle longer then 20 min. Despite this I enjoyed it so much I also bought it for my dad who had back surgery a few months back and he has also said it has helped with the pain as well as helped loosen some of the muscles in his back and hip.

The media could not be loaded. Currently using. The pillow doesn't detach and doesnt vibrate or heat up. Thats where most of my pain is. The remote chord is short so its hard to use while on mat. Cheap quality, its two layers of cloth. Six points vibrate but strongest power feels like it should be the weakest. I only feel it on the surface, doesnt unknot anything for me or relieve ANY pain. Will only hit shoulders, thigh and calf NOTHING in between leaving a huge area exposed n only vibrates on small areas at those. So leaves a huge area uncared for. And pillow is so flat it hurts. Not relaxing at all but i guess i knew it was a gamble. Misses a huge part of where most people feel pain. Not one to usually leave reviews but this sucked. IN THE VIDEO THE PLASTIC BAG IS OVER A VIBRATION POINT AND IT DOESNT MOVE IN THE SLIGHTEST just to show how little it vibrates.

This is a great product. My partner is a chef and has to move a lot in a daily basis. This helps him relax and get comfortable when her gets home, it’s easy for him to set up and use, it’s not super noisy, and it works well when he’s sitting or laying down. This is one of his favorite presents by far!

This whole body mat was exactly what I was looking for! My dog loves it too! You can see in the photo how large you can inflate the lumbar pillow for your back. And you can actually move other parts of your body onto that area as well, for more massaging to different spots. It is STRONG when you set it to the highest setting, so for those who need intense vibrations, you won't be disappointed. If you need less vibrations, you can set it lower. It is very soft material, and no odor after a few hours removed from the bag. Very easy to use! I have a hard physical job and this really helps so much! And the price is very good for this kind of massager. 😊♥️

I liked this product while it worked but I purchased in July, and now in November it does not turn on. Edit: I was able to reach out to the company and get a replacement unit. Very appreciative that they stand behind their products. If you deal with chronic pain, this can be very helpful to ease symptoms and give you some relief. I find this model more comfortable to lay on than the black mat that is advertised that has larger hard massage balls. This one has flatter more memory foam style vibration.
