Love This Mat! Use it Religiously. When I first opened it I wasn’t sure. In fact it sat in the living room for a few days before I actually gave it a try. WOW! The heat options are the best…and it does get pretty hot. Make sure you have a shirt on and not skin to mat contact. The power of the massagers is just right and you have options to isolate where it massages. Personally I really like the “hips” setting as it really gets deep into your IT bands. Usually I can hear a pop or two in my back when I put it on the hardest massage setting. It isn’t a mechanical massager mat, but rather certain points of it will fill with air and push into the muscles. It will really stretch your shoulders and back. It is light enough that you can fold it up and travel with it, just need an outlet to plug it into. I do not recommend sitting in it. It is strictly for the floor or firm bed. My girlfriend will use it too. She is a bit shorter and takes a little bit for her to get in the right spot, but she really likes it. Might have to buy another if she keeps thieving mine.

My wife carries her stress physically, and over the years she's tried a variety of massage gadgets, but the usual vibrations or kneading balls never really helped her. She likes a squeezing sensation. When I saw this, I ordered it on a whim, figuring it was worth a try. She loves it. The quality of the build and materials is very good. I was impressed when I set it up for the first time. And the unique way this mat massages, by inflating bladders, works amazingly well, and delivers the squeezing pressure my wife likes. Heck, I even enjoyed trying it, and I usually dislike massages. I was worried the inflating sound would be too loud, but it's not bad at all, and we are easily able to watch a movie while my wife lies on the mat. My wife also really likes the heat sensation.

I haven’t used my massage mat a lot, but I have appreciated it when I have used it. It is a relaxing massage. However, the mat did not fit the size of my body. If I aligned my hips, then the headpiece didn’t match my neck and vice versa. It was designed for a bigger person.

Worth the money FOR SURE. I have arthritis, degenerative disc disease, so aches and pains all over. I enjoy personal massages every once in a while and have gone through 3 “massage” mats in the past couple years - they simply vibrate and break. So I decided to spend a little more money on trying something else, even though the reviews helped me pick this, I honestly was expecting a dud. I cannot believe the good job it does with air pressure. Literally moves my neck, includes heat, stretches me, working my hips and upper and lower back also. I was worried that with the mat doing more than vibrating, it would be hard to lay on because there are always hard components on the other cheap types of mats. This is Absolutely comfortable and auto shut downs in 30 min. I’m just amazed and recommend to anyone needing this type of stress or pain relief!!

I really loved the air compression, & gentle twisting stretching. It was better suited to treat one area rather than the entire body at once. Not a deal breaker but I could not get past the material. It was made with. The Premium PU leather would stick to anything I wore that made it too uncomfortable. I really tried to love it but it has to got back

Great massage and helped a lot with hip pain, I was having issues with for a while. Heat wasn’t too hot, just right fire trouble areas. I’m on the heavy side but it held up well and gave great support. I could fit on it nicely without going over the sides. My 11 yrs old could carry it around with no issues. It wasn’t too heavy. Doesn’t take care of leg pain. Nice and sturdy. Made of great material. Able to use on bed, floor or couch.
