I am obsessed!!! This is the first frame that I have ordered for my own family as an adult. I was extremely nervous! It came in and the box was extremely heavy. The delivery man needed the assistance of my husband to get it from the truck. For my husband and I to haul upstairs….uhh I wish I was recording it. We eventually got it upstairs! I asked hubs to entertain our 4 children and the additional friend that came to play while I’ll settled in with our new frame and a glass of wine. It was pretty simply to assemble. The directions were easy to follow. I do wish that the screws were easier to remove from their group packaging. Other than that, everything was labeled amazingly. It took me about 1 hour to assemble by myself. It was a great break from life. I kept thinking…”so this is the adult Lego kit”. Haha The mattress we put on this frame and the frame it’s self, are the best investments we have made for ourselves. It functions perfectly. The lights can be programmed on a timer but our toddler loves playing w the remote. But the lighting is so perfect. It isn’t too bright, but bright enough for perfect ambiance. As far as sturdiness(super sturdy, we both weight over 175+ and it is just fine) , functionality and noise level go….my man was so happy about our new addition, he gave me them DEEP back shots for an hour straight and not one squeak was made!!!!! I checked the screws the next morning…tight as can be, just like me ;););) Once the bed (14 inch bed in a box) was placed on the frame, it was absolutely perfect!! Our toddler needs a hand when he wants to crawl into bed w us. Our senior dog cannot get in. For some that may be perfect. For us, we’re going to build him a ramp. I highly recommend this frame. In fact, after I built it and slept on it, we ended up ordering a smaller version for our 15 year old!! This product has been life saving. We were both suffering chronic back pain and couldn’t move in the mornings. But after ordering this and a great mattress, we actually feel like young adults rather than senior citizens. ... show more

I would give this a zero star if I could. I received the item and after hours of assembly when I got to the last step it was missing the adapter to the LED lights as well as the remote. I contacted support and they were zero help as they wanted me to disassemble the bed and send it back for an entire replacement instead of just sending the missing parts. A large reason on my choice to buy this item was that it came equipt with LED lights. Very frustrating and inconvenient ... show more
