I was concerned to see a dent in the boxing of this bed frame, but no worries. All components were well packed. Every part was neatly packaged on cardboard in plastic bubbles and extra components were included. The sturdy metal construction made alignment very easy. Bed slats fit neatly into slots on the side rails with rubber wedges to hold them in place. Instructions were very clear. The final product is sturdy, squared up, and will hold up to use thanks to the welded metal construction. Someone thought of every detail.

PROS: ● Quick and easy to assemble ● Light looks and functions great ● Laminate on the "wood" part is great; my daughter sits her drink, that condensates, on the headboard and the laminate doesn't bubble up when it gets wet, you can just wipe the water right off. ● Laminate makes cleaning easy because moisture doesn't affect it. ● Base is high enough off the ground to allow for storage totes to be slid under the bed. Provides great extra storage! ● Daughter loves the convenient charging port location so she doesn't have to fish for her charging cord that always used to fall behind the bed. ● Nook is great for daughter's books, remotes, stuffed animals, etc. ● Very sturdy frame CONS: Needs more bed slats for support; we spaced them appropriately, but there's too large of a gap between slats. If you sit on the end of the mattress, you'll think you're gonna fall through for a sec. LoL! Easy fix cutting some extra slats from spare wood we had in our workshop. Overall great bed for the value; the "wood" does look really fake, but it's exactly as pictured. Considering buying a king size for myself and painting the "wood" part the color I want.

We purchased this as a replacement for another that was older and no longer working as well as it should. The frame arrived, and we were able to put it together fairly quickly (about 90 minutes). It seems strong. Overall, this was a perfect height for the larger mattress and even gave the kitty a new place to explore. Most of the construction was simple enough, except for the slats, which took a little effort to figure out and install properly. The headboard and shelf are nice (we didn't add the lights), and a charging port was a plus. When fully finished, it turned out to be a rather nice unit. My only (minor) complaint is that I wish the headboard/shelf were a little wider, but that is a personal preference. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a low-cost, good-quality bed frame. Note: The lights are a neat idea and would probably work well for a younger child, where they could serve as a nightlight.

This is a great and sturdy frame. It is simple to build but careful there were a couple areas that kept tripping me up because you have to visually clearly pay attention to some minute details, so it took me three hours to finish setting it up. I love the bed, clean, simple but with a little flare.

This is a pretty nice bed. It took me and my younger brother probably like an hour? But we just put music on and insulted each other with the occasional break for comradery til it was finished. Hit my shins a few times on the metal bars that support the mattress.... it's fine .... The lights work great and so do the outlets. Not only are there two normal 3-prong sockets, but there's two USB ports as well. I use one of those for my mini fan that clips onto the top shelf. It's sturdy too, I've had no issues as far as instability. It looks great and it takes care of one of my major requirements for a bedframe: someplace flat to put small items (like chapstick, a phone, a drink, etc)

The price is excellent. My husband and I put this together in around 2 hours. I would have rated this a four and a half stars which would have been five stars except some of the instructions were confusing and some of the holes on the boards on the headboard weren’t exactly aligned. This was beautiful nonetheless! Must buy!!!
