It took a little while to learn everything, (it's not super easy), but their service is top notch. I have someone that I communicate with on whats app at any hour of the day. I feel as if I've had a constant headache since this thing arrived. The guides are half useless for setup and even WORSE for troubleshooting. I've not been able to get any results. Nothing usable, eithwr broken thread or bird nesting. I've done everything I can except take the hook case off for maintenance. BECAUSE I CAN'T. How am I supposed to maintain a machine when I can't take off the part? Don't waste your time or money.

Still learning but I love my machine! I had it up and running in one week. I love the price and the embroidery output!! I had a few minor hiccups but thanks to great customer service all turned out well. I recommend this machine, just be patient in learning how to use it. I'm 70 years old and learned how to use it in one week.

I have has the machine for a couple of months now, and I have no regrets. For the price it was worth it. However, it wasn't easy to understand at first. I do recommend the following when you get this machine: 1. Reach out the FUJA's customer serves and let them know what type of machine you have so they can give you all the information needed for this machine. 2. Not every thread works well with the machine so keep that in mind 3. If you are doing a bold project put speed to 400 or less, that will allow it to take its time and won't take time out of making the embroidery to speed up 4. When looking for size, on the machine where you change the hoop it has the size. When creating the embroider design go 5mm less so the machine doesn't say there is an error and it gives you room to move the design around 5. Keep an eye of how it hoops because when you hoop products and it isn't aligned right it will take forever to do. Final note, if you hate hooping as much as I do get the magnetic ones. I hope this help and if you need anything reach out.

Affordable 10 needle embroidery machine came with a very helpful customer care crew since day 1. I haven’t embroidered on it as of yet (1 week since delivery), but the FUJA customer care representative has been in constant contact with me to make sure I know how to use it. Videos were sent to show how to operate. Also recorded daily chats to track progress. Any questions are quickly answered. So far I’m satisfied.

Would not buy again had for 1 week and the touch screen froze Amazon got the machine back and has held my refund when the embroidery machine is just sitting in there warehouse never will make a big purchase from Amazon ever again

Su funcionamiento es impecable: borda con gran precisión, rapidez y ofrece resultados totalmente profesionales, incluso en diseños detallados o con muchos colores.
