This is a nice vest, for a super nice price. Usually the only vests this reasonable in brick and mortar stores are fleece vests. Quilted, fitted vests like this are def more money in person. I appreciate that the seller kept a simple item within a reasonable price range. The vest is decent quality. It felt secure and the zipper sounded sturdy. Fit wise, it is as expected. And I say that including the fact that what I expected was for it not to fit perfectly. The issue is I am 5’2”, 180 with a 38D chest. I just had a baby 6 weeks ago and I kind of knew that a Large was risky but I knew an XL would be too big, and unflattering, especially when unzipped. It fits exactly as a large should fit. Even if that means its a little tight on me personally right now. I don’t care, I’m keeping it. Id like to think Ill only get smaller as time passes, not larger. The first thing I did was zip it up and see if it fit around my hip and bubbies. It’s an EXACT fit so there is 0 play or give. My chest is definitely packed in there but not uncomfortably. And I also hate my boobs so anything that makes them look smaller I’m good with. The material does not have a stitch of stretch in it so the fit around my hips is snug and I fully expect that it will ride up the second I sit down somewhere. But I am hoping that with time, a) I lose weight, and B) it will loosen up a bit with wear. I included pics. Overall I like it and was happy right away, I just need to drop some lbs lol. It’s a very dressy looking vest. I used their measurements; but the vest is large. 2x. I decided too keep it and it will due well in fall/winter when using layers. I would go down a size. I kept it and wore it the first day as the coat detail, sewing was beautiful. The zipper was a little hard to use at first; but some bees wax (a candle) rubbed up& down on it fixed that. I will buy another to enjoy this spring and summer. A size down too. I usually wear an x large being big busted. I like to zip it up and not look like I’m stuffed in it. I also love the zippered pockets to keep things in too. Oh it laundered well. Washed and dried in machine. I had hoped it would shrink. It laundered beautifully. It did not shrink. (I ordered another one a year later a size down and it fits perfectly.) Good jacket. I will order another in a different color soon. PS I ordered another one. Reddish color very nice. Warm zippered pockets too. Do remember your candle as the zippers do need the wax. ... show more

I purchased this vest in 3 different colors. The black one was a snug fit but relaxed after one wearing. The camel one was a slightly loose fit. I originally ordered a black and brown vest and loved them so much I ordered the green! Zipper: the zipper is a little cheap but for something I’m not wearing everyday it feels like it will do the job. I also love that the pockets come with zippers as well! Size: I would size down. I’m 5ft about 120lbs and normally order a small or medium in shirt size. I don’t like my shorts tight at all. I ordered a small and could have done an xs for sure. I did however decide to keep the small so that I can wear something a little thicker under it. Wrinkle resistance: super easy to wash and it doesn’t wrinkle. I do put my dryer on low though because it gets really hot and I didn’t want it to damage this fabric by melting it. It also does not shrink in warm water! Warmth: these are fairly thin BUT they keep me pretty warm. It’s about sunny and 50 degrees right now where I love and wearing a thin long sleeve and this vest is perfect for me and I run cold!! Style: I love the style and fit of these. I have worn them with work out leggings and tennis as well as dressed them up and worn to the office with some cute flats and jeans. I am 5'3", 150 lb. I ordered the large. It fits perfectly. I love the inside pockets. I am using it as a liner on a lightweight puffer coat and it is perfect for colder weather. Also great on its own for milder days. It was not at all wrinkled coming out of the package. The color is exactly as shown. I am 100% pleased.
