This window film is so beautiful! It allows in nearly 100% of the light outside while obscuring the view. Vague shapes are visible outside, but no one can see what's going on in my room anymore. I love my privacy. At last I feel free! Not gonna lie, the application was tricky and involved a lot of si
ghing, unsticking, and resticking. But the results are absolutely worth it. Everything you need is included with the product, except maybe a ruler and scissors, if you need to custom fit the window. I had to cut the film and apply in two pieces to fit the dimensions of my window. The seams match up pretty well and are almost invisible. The design of the window film makes it so bubbles are not really noticeable, but I did manage to finally get out most of the bubbles. It also sticks well to the window. I almost chose a colored pattern, but I'm so glad I chose the clear window film to let more light in. I'm very happy with this product, and it's definitely worth the money.

Alot of work just to install

It does the job..that I will give it that however, despite the simple instructions..it was a pain to get it to stick to our door. Still had quite few bubbles and we just gave up, decided to leave it as is.

Solid coverage. Getting the protective backing separated from the product is quite a challenge. Using tape on both of the exposed sides, at a corner, and pulling was not successful. I was able to get them separated by doing some very careful surgery - putting tape on the clear backing, at the tip of
a corner, and using the sharp blade and point of the, included, razor knife to, very carefully, work the covering from the backing. The included tools are very helpful. The covering smoothed out, early and well, with no bubbles, using the squeegee-like tool.

This was used for a tiny kitchen window. My husband put it on because he says I’m no good at stuff like this. He had a lot to say when putting it on- it wouldn’t stick for some reason. I tuned him out- But then he read the directions and like magic it went on well! Looks great!

Great Design and Hides well

We got this to cover some large patio glass sliding doors. Adding a substantial amount of water definitely made the difference when applying this and making sure that we got straight edges was very easy with a sharp exato-knife against the edges of the glass door. The design is really nice with the l
ight refracting against the shapes and the colors coming out. The film itself coves more identifying features of the interior and exterior. You can still see silhouettes of things (which was more than ok with us), but its very much impossible to make out faces, what people are dressed in, types of furniture, etc. Overall happy with the purchase.

I love that you can actually use this on windows or shower doors but mine did not stick on too long! I had to keep spraying water for it to stick on then days later, it’s on the floor. Maybe mine was defective. I ended up tossing it all out.

I struggled to apply this straight on the window. The material kept sliding down when pushing the air bubbles out, not sure if this was user error or just a tricky wrap. Either way, I LOVE the way it looks now that it’s up!

Kind of hard to put on by yourself

As I said in the title, it’s not a one person job so the install can be frustrating. It’s simple, but awkward. The rainbows only shine on the wall at sunset when the sun hits it directly, but it’s so pretty when it does. I’m not sure how well it works for privacy, but it is really pretty either way.

Better than expected - both Privacy & Light!

Given the level of privacy it provides, I was concerned that not much light will be passing through. I was pleasantly surprised that a significant amount of light still enters the bathroom through the window.

Works for decorating, NOT privacy.

If you want day AND night privacy, don't use any of the rainbow making designs. They are pretty, but at night if you don't close curtains or blinds, seeing into your place is easy. Installation was easy (make sure you take off the backing, and put that side to the window) the only lifting I experienc
ed was at a couple edges, not at the corners. Squirt a little more water an hour or so later, and it stuck fine. However, the sun must actually hit the window to get any rainbow effects. Wish there were more opaque versions so privacy would be at night too.

Great for keeping the heat out!

I purchased this film to cover my side kitchen windows that get a ton of sunlight, my kitchen would get so hot due to this. Once the film was up you could tell an immediate difference in the temperature. The film still lets a fair amount of light in and is easy to install.

I got this product for my daughters room. It is so awesome! When the sunlight shines through the window it projects all these beautiful rainbow colors into the room and makes the room very happy. Super easy to put on. And super easy to take off. I think I’m going to do every window in the house!
