I am happy with this band. I was worried the ‘pad’ for the umbilical hernia was too hard. It’s very hard to the touch and not a ‘pad’ at all. But it does what it needs to with some pressure. I am 5 foot 6 and 180 pounds and I got the XXL to fit my growing, pregnant belly. I dont see how this band will fit a big guy. I have a little room to grow but I won’t be able to use this for my entire pregnancy. I will be using it as long as I can since my umbilical hernia gets very sore from my kids when they play a little too rough. Really glad I found a temporary fix for this while pregnant. It eases my mind a little bit. I took this off after several hours and then applied later and my belly button was immediately sore when the ‘pad’ touched it. I instantly felt sick to my stomach, like I normally do after my kids play too rough or I hit my belly on something. Once I got over that initially feeling it was better and I wore it again a couple more hours.

Easy to use with great durability, fit, and quality. The additional strap and pad are actually very helpful and can target a vulnerable area. It can easily be worn while working out and is very comfortable even when you tighten it quite firmly. While this is not a cure, it will give good protection from possible further injury. Cleans easily as well.

This belt is easy to use, and doesn't really require any instructions at all. It is made of stretch and velcro and can be adjusted for many sizes. I've had it and used for several months and see no issues with this best at all, so seems very durable. This does a pretty good job of helping with hernia, but over time will slip, especially if you're moving a lot, as you can't really make this tight. Comfort is ok, but it's for an umbilical hernia and definitely reduces the pain.
