This Fitomo Umbilical Hernia Belt is the best hernia belt I own. Here's why: 1. The belt is large enough that it acts both as a Hernia belt but also a light weight back support brace. 2. As a Hernia belt, the disc, large inner belt and the small outer / tightening belt work very well to target the Hernia. The pressure is better than any other Hernia belts I own. 3. As a lightweight back support brace, it provides lower back support for standing all day. And if I'm right, it'll be excellent for walking and light active sports like playing pickleball. Cons: 1. This Hernia belt is designed to support only 1 Hernia point. It works so well that I wish this belt was designed for / came with 2 discs and attachment points for both sides of the abdomen. 2. As a lightweight back brace, this belt won't be good enough to support my back in a car ride longer than 30 minutes. But because this is a thin and supportive Hernia brace, it'll be easy to wear a more supportive back brace on top of this for back support. These cons aren't something I'm holding against this product. These are specific to my health needs. Hopefully the information shared helps you with ideas to manage pain better as well as help the manufacturer improve the future iterations of this product.

This is a very good support belt. It is well made from high quality materials, and functions as advertised. I am impressed by how many parameters can be adjusted, so it is easy to get a personalized fit that suits your specific support needs. I think the price is fair for what you get, as this is actually a system of two belts that you use together. Overall I think this is a solid product!

Super easy to use. Attach the sort of cone shaped piece to the velcro, center it over the hernia and the wrap belt around, using the velcro at the sides to hold it firmly in place. Comes with clear instructions. While it was a little short the included extra strap lets you expand. My suggestion - just order the next larger size and not fuss with the strap.

I couldn't wear it. I had it all wrong. It took my wife ( the brains of the family ) a little while to figure it out. However she likes it and wears it around the house most days. Besides it doubles as a back support also.

I really like the round pad that fits over the umbilical hernia and that helps provide extra pressure and support in holding the abdominal contents in place so they don't protrude through the herniated area. The belt is placed over the pad and can be tightened or loosened easily. The velcro stays securely fastened. This belt is well made, with good strong seams and comfortable, durable material. For both health and safety, this is a great belt for anyone dealing with an umbilical hernia, and I'm glad I ordered it.
