Highest recommendations? I've tried every kind of belly brace for my hernia that's above my belly button. My doctor told me to put a bundled up socks in my shapewear I found this. Nice belt, but the velcro is not that strong, sometimes it comes off when im working and bend over to get something. Its a nice light duty belt. I have a little mass in my abdomen and this helps protecting it and its comfortable . But as a back belt, its weak.
