this does exactly as it says it does, I wish it had a time setting on it that you could turn it off overnight, it will continue to run, even if the ice chamber is completely full, it won’t make ice if it’s full however it will continue to cool the existing ice. You are able to manually turn off “ the make Ice” setting. Do you have to understand this is like a another refrigerator in your kitchen on a smaller scale.     • Great at First, but Failed Quickly — Warranty Process Has Been a Nightmare
I really wanted to love this ice machine. I purchased it on February 20, 2025, and for the first several months it worked great and made excellent nugget ice. Cleaning the machine occasionally helped with some minor noises, but by late October, the auger itself started making a loud grinding noise — and cleaning did not help this issue at all. The auger noise became constant and made the machine unusable. I contacted the warranty company on November 4, 2025, submitted all the required documentation, and was told to ship the unit to them at my own expense. Return shipping cost over $100, but I sent it in on November 11, 2025 hoping the warranty process would resolve the problem. On November 14, 2025, I received an email saying the replacement request was approved and “processing,” with an estimated 2–3 week turnaround. Since then—nothing. No updates. No responses to emails. No answers on the phone. It has now been over 6 weeks since we’ve had a working ice machine and over a month since the unit was shipped back, with no sign of a replacement. We followed every step of the warranty process, paid out of pocket to ship the defective unit, and still have no resolution. For a machine at this price point, failure within months and a completely unresponsive warranty department is unacceptable. Very disappointed and cannot recommend. ... show more

    • Great if your going to use it multiple times a day
Love this ice machine it’s my second one , the first one broke because it is constantly making ice but it lasted 3 years, just stay on top of cleaning it because hard water destroys it , I use my britta water to fill it, my sister thinks it’s to loud but I don’t mind it , just make sure you mix the ice up every time you use it or else it all gets stuck together, the only flaw is that the ice container on the bottom is not refrigerated so if you house is warm all the time it will always be running because ice melting but I use it enough to not worry about that ... show more

I bought this one that I have now in March and it will not make ice for me. It also started making a loud noise just like the last one I bought.     • Great ice maker, but machine doesn’t keep the ice cold like a freezer
The machine makes great chewable ice. Perfect for people who have taken up a hobby in espresso latte making etc.. it makes the ice fast, but the machine doesn’t have the option to keep ice frozen for a long time. It’s not a freezer, but just an ice maker. First time I made it I had it on all night and I assumed the ice would stay cold but I woke up to it being completely melted. So I knew it’s not for long term. I had people over and i was regularly using the ice machine and it was great! The ice was being made fast and it wasn’t melting fast. Great for hosting ... show more

    • Great, when it works.
We have bought this item once and it was amazing up until 3 months into full use. We figured we received a faulty machine because we could not get rid of a loud buzzing noise that began after three months. We did the regular maintenance cleaning routine and tried draining any fluids to try to get rid of the noise. It did not go away. Then we bought a second unit and unfortunately we came across the same problem. I would not recommend unless you want great ice machine for 3 months or so. The reviews for this product seem to state the same issue and I hope the product improves because of right now, it is unreliable. Great for 3-4 months and then it fails. We also encountered a dimmed out light where the modes are. (Ice/Clean) I'd like to state that I am a big fan of this machine when it does work. It's just too pricey to keep buying for such short time. I might just stick to the old ice cube tray. ... show more

Best birthday present I have ever received! We use this little workhorse everyday! Had this wonderful nugget ice maker for a year and she’s still going strong!!! Great value for the money. The quiet noise is only heard a bit, but the ice quality and ease makes this little gem our favorite appliance!
