Best Portable AC Unit!
Style: 14k Portable Heat/Cool
Very nice and noticeable upgrade from the older version! Instantly connected via app and setup was a breeze. Cool mode on high is pretty quiet compared to other models I’ve had and other AC units. Heat mode was on briefly but put out some heat for sure. Definitely a great value if you can get it, cools you in the summer and heats you in the winter! ... show more

Style: 14k Portable
The media could not be loaded. July 30th 2025 Received the unit & completed the installation, the setup was a breeze since features are user friendly. Walked out of the room for a few minutes came back in & heard a loud tapping sound like something was loose, turned off unit inspected it for user error... realized that wasn't the issue, I believe it was the exhaust fan motor. ... show more

Best portable heat pump vs mini split you can buy
Style: 14k Portable Heat/Cool
We own 5 of these units and our 1850s farm house in New England has never been cooler in summer or warmer even today when it is 6 degrees out in the winter with our boiler off for the forced hot water. I would give them 5 stars aside from some minor complaints however compared to a 3-5k heat pump per unit I did my whole house for considerably less. ... show more

Excellent portable air conditioner.
Style: 14k Portable Inverter
I have a bedroom, a living room, and an office, totaling around 900 square feet. This is located on the ground level of a daylight basement, so it is protected from the worst of the high heat. However, for all that, the unit does a fairly good job of keeping the entire area cool, although it is only rated for 700 square feet. Easy installation, wi-fi controlled, I highly recommend it. ... show more

Awesome air conditioner
Style: 14k Portable Inverter Heat/Cool
Absolutely awesome air conditioner. I had purchased one of the Chinese versions that was cheaper initially and could never get it to work. This product is recommended by wire cutter of the New York Times and is an absolute gem. First time installation in less than three hours I wholeheartedly recommend this product. ... show more

Does Not Cool A 175 sq. ft. Room Down?!
Style: 14k Portable
JUST ONCE I would like to actually get what I pay for from these companies out here! I PAID OVER $600.00 FOR THIS THING!! What an unbelievable disappointment this unit is!! I hooked this unit up about 5 hours ago, and have been running it non stop set at 60*f. (HA ...as if!) and it's sitting in a very small 175 sq. ft. room. right now, 5 hours later, this tiny little room is sitting at 75*f. Currently the outside temperature is 88*f. ....It was about 90* 5 hours ago when I plugged it in. WHAT AN UTTER WASTE OF MONEY!!! ... show more
