It was slightly damaged when I opened the box. It was scraped in the back of the unit. I noticed there was a small hole in the box where it was scraped. That kind of annoyed me but I let it go and didnt want to return for a small scrape on the back I won't be able to see once I was installed. However they need to be more careful when shipping such an expensive item. The a/c seems to run cool but the bigger test will be this weekend when the 90° hits. This does not even deserve one star! I wanted to give ZERO Star but no option for that. Just disappointing for a known brand such as Frigidaire. Bought it brand new, took one whole day to install, to fix a frame that would fit it in .. then IT HAS NO COOL AIR!! I BOUGHT A LEMON! And NO FREE RETURNS! Beware! And the pain of having to remove it after installation, put it in the box, and bring it to whatever place that I have to figure out where to return, AND PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING!!
