looks beautiful, gives warmth ,changes colors ,has a touch screen and a remote control . About the heating !!!!! after turning off the heating, you will hear the fans cooling for a while and then the heating will turn off.

Ordered this one to replace another order that never came from a different company. It looks exactly as the picture with a wide black frame around it. Multiple light settings which looks nice and a remote. I think it's a good product for the price. Haven't tried the heat output yet and the dimensions are spot on. Gave it a 4 because the frame was a bit warped on one side making it not sit flush against the wall. We now have to get something to frame it so that the gap isn't visible.

If you are getting an electric fireplace, be sure to get one that recess in. I got one that sticks out for my in-laws and I regret it. This one recess into the wall so it gives it a nice flush look. Venting is not required! The heat blows outward which is what you want. This fireplace comes with a mounting bracket that you bolt into the wall. Then hang the fireplace onto it. The dimension is 36”x18”x4”. So you can prep the surrounding wall to match that. The flame have different color and height. There’s a touch screen on the bottom glass so you don’t have to use the remote. The glass is beautiful and clean cut. It looks good even when it’s not on. I like that heat and light are independently control so I can have it on even without the heat. The heat does heat up fast, probably without 10 seconds. Overall a really beautiful looking fireplace.

For the ambiance and display this electric fireplace is beautiful. However it does make a crackling/spring noise every 10 seconds which can be annoying if the room is really quiet. For example, I turn it on for the display while reading a book, the crackling/spring noise because noticeably louder because it’s quiet. Also, when the heat is put on the noise is loud as well. Not as quiet that I’d hope it to be.
