Ok... For ROTTS NOT durable. Picture should be another type of dog. Then it said heavy chain dog. My dog unfortunate bent the ring and busted the chain, just from jumping. Definitely for smaller dogs. Good Choke chain and reasonable.

I got this for my dog and it's great! This has been around his neck since I bought it. He has a harness that he uses when we go out, but the choker stays on regardless. It has withstood going in the ocean and countless baths since. The chain has not diminished at all and still looks quite new.

I ordered an 18” chain and received a weakly constructed 16”. Even if I were measuring the rings it came in well under the advertised 18”. I do not suggest this brand, if your dog is strong it will break straight through this choke chain.

I have an active 2 yo Australian Shepherd. I got collor to help train him to heel when walking in the city. If you have an older dog without much energy, this will probably work well for you. Chain is not "heavy weight" & seems flimsy. We'll see how long it lasts as it might surprise me.
