I would never sleep with it on as the product suggests but I do use it through out the day. The three strap design is very good for getting the exact fit you want. A day with heavy keyboard use I keep it snug on a non work day if I'm having a flair up I can wear it a little less snug and keeps my wrist stable and healing up. ... show more

IT IS A NICE BRACE. ONE THING THAT COULD MAKE IT BETTER WOULD BE TO HAVE A GEL PAD ON THE TOP OF THE HAND WHERE THE METAL BARS ARE. I FIND IT A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE THERE.
