UPDATE May 22, 2024. I've put over 50 miles on my Rocky. It handles great on gravel, dirt and pavement. Hydraulic brakes work fantastic. The motor responds quickly and is very smooth and quiet. And the battery life is amazing. END OF UPDATE. If you're having doubts about buying a ebike, look no further. This Freesky Rocky is a joy to ride. And it's a highly thought out build. Great engineering. Great quality. And best of all, customer service is top notch. I highly recommend you buy any of the Freesky ebikes. Especially the Rocky!

We got this bike for my daughter for Christmas, and although the weather has been cold, the couple of times that she's been able to go out she has absolutely loved it! So much so that her brother wants one too now! The bike preforms better than i could have expected, going 25mph with no problem. You can tell this is a quality build too, she has no problem going through rougher terrains. The customer service has also is outstanding with our rep Carl checking in with us to ensure everything is still great! Great product and fun bike. Good job my dudes!

Amazing build quality! Sometimes you buy things on Amazon not really knowing what you’re getting, but this bike is well-built. The ad videos on Amazon are a little cheesy and don’t do the bike justice. It’s very rugged—surprisingly good build quality. The tires are sturdy and suspension system is easy to adjust and works well. Seat is very comfy. The shifting mechanism is Shimano and works really well. I did have to adjust it a little for gear accuracy, but it was an easy fix. The bike accelerates smoothly and is fast. The bike is very well balanced, turns effortlessly and is very intuitive to ride in spite of its weight. Battery charge seems to remain stable when not in use and charging time from one green bar to 5 (full) is about 6-8 hours. I highly recommend this bike.

After searching and reading countless reviews, I settled on the Freesky Rocky 48v to 750w eBike and I could not be happier. Had a few questions after purchase and the tech support could not be better. Fast. Responsive. Totally engaged in resolving the issue. Do not hesitate to purchase a bike from Freesky. The Rockyhas plenty of power. The bike comes mostly assembled. What doesn't come assembled takes no-time to finish. Some details worth mentioning:. Bike is built very well. Solid, not flimsy in any way. The brakes are exceptional. The shifting is smooth. The headlight kicks butt and the fact it has a taillight is awesome. Front and rear suspension (the rear is a bit stiff but....). The controller/computer is easy to read and adjust. I really can't say enough good about this bike. I am 250lbs and 5'9" and this bike hauls me around no problem. I have added the rear rack bag, added mirrors and swapped out the seat for one that I had on a previous bike. This is one purchase that I have no remorse from. Buy one for yourself and see.

Overall happy with my purchase. It was easy to put together, easy to ride. Once your go through the owners manual and get some basic info you'll be ready to ride and hang on cause it well surprise you when you throttle it. The only thing that I didn't like is the Brakes squeal when you apply them. It is annoying, but overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I was a little bit nervous about this purchase because I'm a bigger girl and I was worried about the weight limit. I weigh 260 and have no problem riding this bad bike with a 50 lb backpack. It will easily go to cruising speeds of 30 mph just using the throttle and I haven't gotten the courage up to go beyond pedal assist number 3 because that is more than fast enough for me! I would recommend getting a very heavy-duty lock to go with it because it catches eyes all over town. I live in a big city and I'm able to get from point A to point B faster than I would with a car or the bus! I spent my last dime on this but it was worth every penny! I also made sure to get a good helmet because if you're going 30 miles an hour and happened to wipe out you're going to want a helmet. Very easy to ride, pretty easy to assemble I just had a Little Help from my landlord, and lights and everything work great! I told my friends I might never get a car with this thing LOL even in the snow it works great! Also, had a minor issue at first (just a cable not connected) and the seller responded asap and followed up to make sure everything was good. DEFINITELY worth the money, and this is coming from a broke girl lol 😆

This bike is Great. The durability and handling of the bike is top notch. I definitely will recommend this bike to friends and family. I move slow and it allows me to get out more and enjoy riding again. You have the option to pedal or use the push button to electric start. You can go fast or slow. It is optional and your in control of the bike. The look of it is stylish and sporty. I'm so glad you made a bike like this. Hands down the Best. It's comfortable. Plus it tracks your speed and miles you've been. Highly Satisfied Customer. Bike is doing Great. I've already put 389.5 miles on it. I'm enjoying every minute of it. Thank you so much.
