Freesky Rocky Pro A-320 20” eBike This eBike has been a great joy to own and ride, so far. I was looking about 8 months for an eBike that would provide me a positive experience and fun to ride! I’m about 5’ 11”, 200 pounds and almost 70 yrs old. I looked at the 26” eBikes vs the 20” eBike and really like the lower center of gravity and stableness this eBike gives me. The wide tires are very stable around corners and on dirt surfaces. The eBike came without any damage, packaged really well and took under an hour to assemble and take my first ride. The eBike is a bit lighter than most 26” eBikes, very fast and the suspension in front and back takes a lot of the bumps out of my back. The hydraulic brakes and large disks are great for responsive stopping power. The seat is actually more comfortable than I thought it would be. The NFC access badge makes it very easy to turn on and off the eBike control panel display. The battery lasts for many miles and is easy to remove and replace when needed. Charging the battery is easy in the eBike or out of the eBike. I like the certifications the eBike has gone through, and the use of the Samsung battery pack. The control panel display is easy to use, and see even in the Arizona sun. I picked this eBike also because I can easily attach a Hiplock bike lock to the back frame and bike rack. I added a back rack to easily carry groceries or other items. With the crazy drivers in our cities, adding mirrors was a great decision. Beware of local laws, especially with the class 3 eBike. In many cities and states rules can be stricter vs class 1 and 2. Daisy at Freesky was great for pre and post sales questions. I greatly appreciate the fast and very helpful assistance to my requests. Freesky eBikes make a great eBike and customer service has been very responsive and supportive. The only challenge I see, will be dealing with the Arizona heat and how the battery holds up.

My 4th ebike in 6 years. 1st one I returned to Walmart (3 days), 2nd one I returned to Amazon (2 weeks). 3rd one I had for 4 years and recently sold it after 7000 miles and 2 sets of tires as it was a great bike. The Freesky is my first of this model and 7 days in, I am quite impressed. Beautiful step thru bike (I'm 75) rides smooth takes small bumps with ease and large bumps are still dampened (great shocks). Accelerates to 30 mph with extra power (90 Neuton Meters) and the upgraded hydraulic brakes stop fast and smooth. Can't believe it arrived to Texas in less than 7 days after ordering and biggest surprise, no damage and very few adjustments needed (everything was tightened to specs). No scratches, no dents. Love the power, brake light and turn signals. Battery is 56v and 25 amps. Averaging 70 miles between charging but I'm also opening it up to max speed just for the fun of it (hold right blinker until it flashes 99 and that unlocks it). A fun bike that is solid and good looking. No regrets.

I just love this bike. Suspension, fast delivery. Pretty easy to assemble. Fast. Long battery life. Throttle a little tight but a learning curve. They are heavy. Not a light bike. Did I say fast! Super good looking, seat comfortable. Steering precise. Color as picture. Make sure if your order basket package, they send. Mine did not but as an apology they send front and back basket, so great customer service. I got two! My husband is taller, it is really meant for a smaller person. I'm 5'2. He looks a bit big on his but raised the seat and that helped a lot!

Best things I like about this Ebike. 1. The color. Pictures and videos do no capture how this color really “pops”. I got the green model. Green and Black are my two favorite colors, this bike does not dissappoint! 2. No metal spokes to deal with. Had them on my last Ebike and I spent a lot of time maintaining and replacing them. With the stories I’ve read online, I wasn’t the only rider to have spoke problems. My weight you might ask, yes a heavy 270 lbs. It’s a journey losing weight, down from 300. Previous bike had a 350lb limit, but I still had spoke problems. 3. Full suspension. Last bike didn’t have rear suspension which put a lot on the spokes to handle. 4. Excellent customer service from Freesky. Always respond to calls and texts. That was a major factor in buying from Freesky as I had read someone’s review on how good their customer service experience was. With a $1500 purchase, that’s very important to have. I really like the Freesky ebike, it's the perfect size getting on or off the bike and has a great pick up in speed. Battery last a long time. I do at least 25 to 30 miles and still have Battery life left.

The bike is awesome. Rode it 22 miles and the battery is still at 100%. I bought the green bike with the rear rack. The rack didn’t show up with the bike, but the seller got involved and it arrived within 2 days.
