Great bike. Super happy so far. Assembly was easy and fairly quick, though the manual could be improved. I’ve already put over 60 miles in over the first three days. Performance is great. The ride is great. It’s a heavy bike but that isn’t an issue for me. I’m a big guy 250 lbs. Range seems in line with claims so far but I have pushed below 40% yet. Torque when both motors are active is very impressive. Motorcycle quick. I did hit that 33 mph shutdown limit that others have mentioned. Pulling the battery resets. But I’m sure I’ll figure that out and it really isn’t much of an issue for me anyway. Overall quality seems very good so far. Great value compared to the name brand bikes I had been considering. Battery Life: The battery holds a strong charge. I ride 5 miles to work every day and have had no issues. Customer Service: The seat was damaged during shipping, and the customer service team sent a replacement within a week. Very impressed with the quality of the bike. Welds are good, ease of assembly was very good, and the ride is excellent. I'm 77 years old, 6' tall and 210 lbs., the bike was easy to mount and dismount. I will need a larger seat in the future if I want to go on longer rides. It is a heavy bike but weld built. The only adjustments I made to this bike was buying a wider seat. I am 6'6 285 lb. Be advised, the faster you go the least amount of battery life you will have left.
