Great bike! We bought two and have ridden them a year now with no issues. Have ridden in the rain, mud, hot and dry weather, and they’ve performed well.

This is our third E-bike and we love it ,, it rides great and I got it up too 36 mph on a slightly uphill road ,,, the reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 is we had some problems and it took a long while to get it resolved but they finally did it after I gave them a bad review ,,, and they sent me some free equipment to make up for it ,,, but if they would have given me immediate service they would definitely get a 5 any way love the bike

I received the bike quickly. I assembled it in a bout 1 hour, charged it up and took it out for a ride. Bike is fast and powerful. I got 38 miles on that 1st charge in pas2 mode with me pedaling the entire distance. when I got to 38 miles it really slowed down and lost power. At 42 it had absolutely no power, even though the gauge showed 55% power left. From that point on It just got worse. Now I only get 12miles and it's dead, might as well push it. It's really to heavy to ride with out any power assistance. I've tried to reach out to Freesky to warranty the battery, but all I get is Crickets. I love the bike but it is useless with this battery. I also have another 48v bike and it does not have this problem. It pulls strong all the way to less than 10%. this is my 3rd Ebike so I'm not a rookie. I have clocked just under 1500 miles on 3 Ebikes.. If the warranty is useless the bike is worthless to me. You might want to look at other brands. Just saying. Update: Hugh at Freesky service reached out to me and we did an analysis over the phone and he said there might be a glitch in the monitor. he sent me a new monitor and I installed it my self (very easy) and the problem has been corrected. Wow what a difference, the bike is way more powerful than I thought. I really love this bike. I said there warranty might not be good. I was wrong they do stand behind their product. I will purchase another one. Thank you Freesky. 5 Stars p.s. It was not the Battery!

I don’t wanna have to go to my bank and stop pay payments to your product. You’re making me do work that I don’t wanna do. I only wanted one order and only one order. I did not sign up for every two weeks for you to send me this product. I don’t want it.
I have two Freesky e-bikes, they ride well and gives me everything that I like to have. When I had a problem with one of the parts I reached out to Hugh. He was able to help me problem solve an issue I had with the bike and gave me reassurance along the way, timely responses to my questions, and professional customer service.

This bike is top notch and customer service is 100%!! My husband actually bought a Warrior pro I liked it so much. I bought the wildcat and absolutely love it. I probably ride it 2 to 3 times a week if not more. It’s not as big or heavy as the warrior pro so it fits me perfect. I did have an issue with it losing power after the battery got below 50%. We reached out to customer service and they sent a new screen which was simple and easy to replace and I’ve had no problem since I have almost 500 miles on it now.
