I am REALLY impressed with the outstanding customer service, so far the bike is excellent and a lot of fun to ride, surprisingly easy to pedal with the fat tires, the pedal assist is powerful and scoots ya up hills easily, bought the rear basket which mounts easily and makes store runs simple, find a good lock and seat post lock, the instructions are not the best but there are a lot of videos on the internet, it comes mostly assembled and if you’re at all bike savvy completing assembly will be a snap, I really like the NFC key for operation, the display and functions are intuitive and easy to read, love the headlight and rear light that incorporates a brighter brake light when you apply the brake. Battery charging is easy on or off the bike. Battery removal is simple and intuitive once you’ve done it, I like that there’s a key lock to keep it in place, All in all for the money it’s 5 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 ... show more

The bike was packed very well and had no damage. I am impressed with the quality of Freesky bikes. This bike is very comfortable to ride and easy to get on and off with step through. It comes with a very heavy duty rack, nice full fenders and bright front & rear lights. Fat tires and full suspension make it ride so nice. The 20 amp battery gives it awesome range! We rode 20 miles yesterday and battery still showed full. I added cell phone holder and used 6 inch lightning charge cord plugged between display pad and phone to keep at full charge. Also purchased a rack bag for goodies that makes bike great for lunch or getting groceries etc. There are four mounting screws on front frame neck that a second basket or rack could be mounted. This bike is a great cargo bike. It is also powerful and fast. Awesome bike for the price! ... show more

Let me first begin by saying customer service\support from FreeSky is above & beyond. It is absolutely awesome!, & I'm the world's biggest critic. Most companies will not back up their products. They will sell you something then "run and hide", give you a runaround. Not here. ,..FreeSky will reach out to you. For example, they texted\emailed me as soon as they knew mine had been delivered. Inquiring about the shipment; if there was any damage to the box or bike during shipment. I should mention my previous & first experience with electric power was a electric conversion I did 5 years ago on a regular 26 inch mountain bike I had. All it had was power on or off. No variable speed or PAS levels. I bought the Wildcat model back in October. Overall I love & enjoy the bike; but, there are some issues. Finishing assembly on the bike was easy. Only have to install the handlebar, front wheel, & headlight. Bike seems bulky, stout, hefty but "hollow"; BUT, really well built. It is heavy with battery in. Really falls somewhere between a bicycle & a motorcycle. Has motorcycle grade front forks\suspension, braking system, lights & tires. I probably wouldn't recommend this bike as a first Ebike to someone who doesn't have at least some experience with a electric bike. Right out of the box though the front brake has this squeak\squeal when you apply the brake lever while riding. Loud, annoying, & embarrassing out on the trails. Like fingernails on a chalkboard. I was contacted by a representative who suggested some things to do & a few adjustments. I followed suggestions but this didn't help. So then, I took the bike to my local bike shop. Mechanic cleaned & sanded the brake pads, cleaned the rotor & applied some "anti-squeal". This stopped the squeaking; BUT, only for awhile. It's right back almost as bad as before. Now, I'm guessing it's just something I will have to live with. I'm trying to figure out how to like it. This is the only serious qualm I have about the bike. Kickstand could be an improvement. I feel like I will need to buy a spare one to have on hand as a backup. Drive chain passes really close to the rear tire when in 1st & 2nd gears on the gear shifter. Power system is great. I've only gone up to PAS 3 and was more than enough power to climb about a 20% to 25% grade. Response is quick on the throttle or increasing PAS. Lots of torque & monentum. I haven't yet maxed it out on level just to see what it would do. Unless I'm in cruise mode, I'm careful not to cause the motor to do all the work. Try to share pedaling power with the motor power so it's close to equal by upshifting. As far as distance, about a 45 mile ride only used up half of a full battery charge. LCD display\cycle computer is a plus, nice. Other than the squeaky brake that can't seem to be fixed (4 stars), conclusion is this is a good choice for a Ebike. ,..and if you're like me with low back problems & bad knees a Ebike puts a whole new & different enjoyment on cycling. :) ... show more
