I received my bike about a week ago. It was packaged extremely well! It took about an hour to unpack and assemble, but I'm fairly handy at doing that kind of stuff. The bike seems to be built very well. It is heavier than your standard bicycle for sure, but it handles and rides great. I am very impressed with the power and torque of the motor. I weigh about 200 pounds and it barely knows I'm on it when it's time for the motor to kick in. The life of the battery has been exceptional. After I charged the battery, I got about 85 miles on it before I decided to charge it again, but I still had 34 percent battery life left. I feel certain I could have gotten over 100 miles on it before it "needed" to be charged. I've had it up to 38 mph in the unlocked mode with me pedaling about as hard as I can to see how fast I could go on a flat surface. My legs probably just couldn't pedal any faster. I did get it up to 41 going downhill, but gravity was helping me out on that one. That is really fast on a bicycle!! Most of my riding is in Pedal Assist Mode 2, and my speed averages 15 to 17 mph at that level with minimal effort on my part. Mode 3 jumps me up to about 23 mph, which is kind of fast for the majority of the riding that I do, but in some areas it's perfect. I'm 5'8" and while throwing my 58 year old leg over it to get on or get off is a little tight, once I'm on the bike it's fine. If you are shorter than 5' 7" you might need to be a little more flexible than I am to be comfortable doing that. I bought the ultimate package that came with all the accessories and they are handy to have. The bag that fits on the luggage rack is perfect to carry your stuff in. I am very pleased with this bike, so much so that I'm looking to buy a 20" model for my wife. I initially didn't want the 4 inch wide tires, but now that I have them I'm glad I do. They add stability and I think they make the ride a little smoother. There are so many different brands of e-bikes out there it's hard to decide which one is right for you. If Freesky has a model that suits your needs, I would certainly recommend them! ... show more

This ebike is unreal! Itโ€™s like what I imagined being in the future would be like when I was a kid! Very powerful motor, super heavy duty! It is a big heavy bike (almost like riding a dirt bike) but still somehow easy to ride and pedal with no assist. I get almost as many looks from gawking people as when I drive my hotrod! People call it nightrider since itโ€™s all black. I put 140mm crank arms on it (it comes with 170mm) so I could actually keep up with the emotor while at top speed, which for me is about 33mph. (It has to be unlocked with a code that I got from freesky tech support otherwise itโ€™s locked at 20mph) I upgraded the shock, seat, and put a shock absorbing seat post on it which made it super comfortable and smooth even on rough terrain at high speeds. I also ordered the bag that amazon recommended (JXFUKAL) it expands to 40L and fits perfectly on the rack! My first ebike got stolen so I bought the biggest lock and chain I could find on amazon. I also put a hidden airtag (hidden under the water bottle cup holder) and an alarm on it! Take precautions ebikes are a highly stolen item nowadays. Great value for the money. I researched ebikes for weeks and this was the one I really wanted, it has all the features I wanted at about half the price of other equivalent ebikes. At max power and speed it probably goes 60 miles. Iโ€™ve never tested it all the way to zero percent but thatโ€™s my guess based on battery percentage. At a low power assist level I can ride for dozens of miles and the battery barely drains, if I had to guess it would probably go at least 180 miles (probably more) at low power on flat road. If youโ€™re thinking about getting an ebike I donโ€™t think you can do much better for the money! ... show more

Good value for the money. Excellent welds and construction. Amazing paint job. Lots of power for my trail riding. It's a beast! High quality brakes, motor, etc. Haven't ridden a bike in many years. I'm almost 73 - didn't realize my legs aren't as flexible as they used to be. Should have purchased a step through style to make it easier to hop on the saddle. Assembled in 45 minutes. This Ebike is the best.we updated from our hey bike and glad we did. has more power ,larger Ah battery and befang motor really perform great. We take our dog in the pull behind and you don't notice. Battery life is twice that of our old ones. Really love the soft tail, upgraded to air shock, added rear view camera and phone holder with bar extender. Had a issue with front wheel and tech support was top notch and had a part on way next day and they answer there phone very pleased with there help I did a lot of research, after owning my first Ebike and knew what to look for this bike did not let me down The best value for your money and well built, Its a fun way for my wife and I to get outside and exercise ... show more

The customer service has been decent for this bike. They are Monday-Friday only. The parts shipping direct from them is slower than we're used to - about 3 weeks. The front disc brake was a little bent when we received it, but they sent a new one. My son recently wanted some upgraded parts. They sent the wrong part, but are sending the correct ones at no extra charge (as it should be). We have had to reset the battery charger a couple of times - so check to be sure it's working, don't plugin and assume it's okay. At about 750 miles, the tires had bald spots & we replaced them. It is a very heavy bike - around 80 pounds, so it exceeds some transit capacities. Note: We added the mirrors (separate Amazon order) for safety, they are not standard. Overall, it rides really well. Is comfortable, fits my 5'9" son, and has been a great value. It is a little noisy - but all ebikes motors make noise. The brakes work great. At nearly 1,000 city miles in 3 months, ... show more
