This bike arrived in great shape, in sturdy packaging. It was easy to unbox, and upon unboxing there were no bent, missing, misaligned, or damaged pieces. Assembly was quick and intuitive, and there are clear instructions in case things aren’t obvious on their own. The bike has a great amount of adjustability for the rider, and works well for riders of shorter or taller stature. The bike is very fast! Great power output with quick charging times. It is also confidence inspiring on the road, with good stability and maneuverability despite being a sturdy, substantial machine. The monoshock design soaks up impacts without harshness or shuddering. The digital readout is informative, clear and detailed. The headlight is bright, with clean, even, white light. I bought this bike to use as a daily ride to work, after my Heybike slowly broke down with terrible battery life and a bent tire. I can tell you already that Freesky is a much better quality. First of all, I bought the air shock package, so the shock and bike rack sold separately. Communicating with customer service about questions, installation, and delivery has been a VERY positive experience. Shout out to my dedicated service rep, Daisy! But the responses have been swift and thorough. The performance itself is also really nice. It gets good milage, has a lot of power, and is a very smooth ride. Assembly is pretty easy, although the bike was super heavy and I had to rewatch the instillation videos a few times to see the orientation of items, so that could be a little more clear. There is a way to change the passcode on the display, so to turn it on, I can just hit the power button, enter my code, and I'm good to go. The bike also looks beautiful. I really love the design. As for cons, I do have a couple. Firstly, there is no wired tail light, so I have to manually click on the tail light (which came with the bike rack) at night and click it off after use. Also, the bar above the shock comes up very high off the ground and it makes mounting the bike a little difficult. I'll update this after some more use, but it has been great thus far. :) ... show more

My son and I love this bike and are incredibly satisfied with its performance and value. It is really powerful as he can even tow other bikes fast up steep hills, and the battery provides great range. We have also been very impressed with how it rides great on trails, sand, rocks, and mud. It was also very easy to assemble (30 mins), and they have exceptional customer service! This is a ton of bike for the price and super fun to ride- I would definitely buy another one. ... show more

This bike performs amazing. I've ran it through forest trails and rough country roads with massive potholes and have yet to have any issues with it. I've got over 600miles on it and have not noticed any performance loss, the battery still charges as fast and as strong as it did out of the box. The motor still runs pretty well too, which surprised me since I gone through rain and mud and that usually jams most motors up. The bike was really easy to assemble as well, I just needed to put the front wheel on and screw the handlebar in place. Support is amazing and have answered all of my questions, ranging from what wheel rims they use and helping me through getting a replacement key since I lost one of mine. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I got the Freesky e-bike first as a gift for my wife. She loved it so much that I had to try it and was surprised on the easiness and comfort of riding it. I bought another one after a month for myself as a replacement for my mountain bike. It’s easy set up and solidly built. We enjoy riding it esp in bike rail trails. Shout out to Ivy and their technicians when I had a prob with the brake squeaking. They were very helpful and ivy keeps on checking up if everything is fine with the bike. If you have any problems with the bike I’d suggest to message her and she’ll send you a video from their technician and a walkthrough on how to solve it. There were things that I modified on the 2 bikes that we have. first is the seat… we changed it to a wider size and the seat post where we changed it to were it has suspension. It’s because we like cruising more and enjoying the scenery that we forget to pedal and just ride. It’s really the best way to enjoy biking again. You can always drop it to assist 1 and bike gear at 5 and still get a work out. Assist 1 and maintain it at 21mph, it triggers cruise control which is a nice surprise. All in all we love the Freesky e-bike and good tech support is just a bonus! Thank you so much Ivy and Freesky for putting out a good bike. One suggestion is go ride in rail trails… you will forget you’re biking and just rack up miles after miles. With our style of biking with hills… from assist 1- assist 3… we are getting at least 45 miles per charge. 20 miles point a to point b, then back to our point of origin. Seeing that one bar is nerve racking. But compared it to my e-scooter… even at one bar, in the e-bike , there is no drop in speed. my scooter at one bar, I can feel it’s going to cut off power anytime. I’d say guesstimating it is put one bar at 8 miles in our style of biking. We have good experience with Freesky.. both bike and tech support. ... show more
