This bike is very comfortable. I got it with the air shock option. Added some more comfortable touches that you would need to do to any bike. I'm very glad I bought this bike. I added a 52 tooth crank so I get a little more pedal in first and second power assist mode, I will only be using this on pavement at the beach, campgrounds and minor dirt paths, I see many people using these it on more extreme off-roading that I don't think this would be the lightest bike to be doing that with. I like the weight it of this bike for the speed that it goes with the upgraded crank it'll hit 40. I also have the upgraded controller from freesky and a titanium rear derailleur guard. The brakes work great for all the weight I add with saddle bags loaded, it has 180 mm front already. I haven't felt the need to upgrade the breaks. I also own the freesky Rocky Pro which I have a blast on also.

4/11 update: I bought the upgraded controller and installed it, was pretty easy to install, had to pull battery and unscrew mounting plate, side plate where the left crank arm as well but that’s just a few screws and screw in the power cable that goes from the new controller to the hub. After the install I took it out and all I can say is OMG!! This thing is now a rocket on throttle with the new controller, steady 35mph and I weight 220lbs. Most definitely changed this from a monster into an absolute BEAST. This was a breeze to assemble and had it put together in 30mins. Charging is super quick compared to other e-bikes. The color display is magnificent in all ambient light conditions and easy to change PAS levels on the fly. The full suspension works well but does take a little getting used to with the 4” wide tires, I can honestly say this is the best e-bike I’ve ridden, plenty of power from the BAFANG 1000W motor, hydraulic disk brakes stop with ease. Customer support is top notch and able to upgrade to controller to achieve 35+mph on throttle, range is accurate and I’m surprised how far I can go on a full charge.I live near New Smyrna beach in Florida so I see all types of e-bikes riding the beaches here, this one gets so many compliments! Definitely the best purchase I’ve experienced on Amazon. Get one and enjoy the ride!

This ebike is unreal! It’s like what I imagined being in the future would be like when I was a kid! Very powerful motor, super heavy duty! It is a big heavy bike (almost like riding a dirt bike) but still somehow easy to ride and pedal with no assist. I get almost as many looks from gawking people as when I drive my hotrod! People call it nightrider since it’s all black. I put 140mm crank arms on it (it comes with 170mm) so I could actually keep up with the emotor while at top speed, which for me is about 33mph. (It has to be unlocked with a code that I got from freesky tech support otherwise it’s locked at 20mph) I upgraded the shock, seat, and put a shock absorbing seat post on it which made it super comfortable and smooth even on rough terrain at high speeds. I also ordered the bag that amazon recommended (JXFUKAL) it expands to 40L and fits perfectly on the rack! My first ebike got stolen so I bought the biggest lock and chain I could find on amazon. I also put a hidden airtag (hidden under the water bottle cup holder) and an alarm on it! Take precautions ebikes are a highly stolen item nowadays. Great value for the money. I researched ebikes for weeks and this was the one I really wanted, it has all the features I wanted at about half the price of other equivalent ebikes. At max power and speed it probably goes 60 miles. I’ve never tested it all the way to zero percent but that’s my guess based on battery percentage. At a low power assist level I can ride for dozens of miles and the battery barely drains, if I had to guess it would probably go at least 180 miles (probably more) at low power on flat road. If you’re thinking about getting an ebike I don’t think you can do much better for the money!

This Ebike is the best.we updated from our hey bike and glad we did. has more power ,larger Ah battery and befang motor really perform great. We take our dog in the pull behind and you don't notice. Battery life is twice that of our old ones. Really love the soft tail, upgraded to air shock, added rear view camera and phone holder with bar extender. Had a issue with front wheel and tech support was top notch and had a part on way next day and they answer there phone very pleased with there help I did a lot of research, after owning my first Ebike and knew what to look for this bike did not let me down The best value for your money and well built, Its a fun way for my wife and I to get outside and exercise

I weigh 230 and have over 200 miles on this bike. It has more than enough power to get me up and over the hills around my home. It is truly a beast. Longest ride I have done is just over 30 miles... I'm am in my 60's and I haven't ridden a bike in years. This made my transition back to riding a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Good value for the money. Excellent welds and construction. Amazing paint job. Lots of power for my trail riding. It's a beast! High quality brakes, motor, etc. Haven't ridden a bike in many years. I'm almost 73 - didn't realize my legs aren't as flexible as they used to be. Should have purchased a step through style to make it easier to hop on the saddle. Assembled in 45 minutes. Owners manual could be better.
