They ship separately. I reached out to seller and they sent me tracking for each part which was really nice. The ottomans came first and the rest came a little later but all at once. I love this sofa. I had to buy some big pillows to use as cushions which I highly recommend. I have two Australian shepherds and their fur does stick to the fabric but it's easy to remove with lint roller. I believe it's a great value. ... show more

First off, really great quality on this couch. A little stiff on the cushions, but I'm sure eventually it'll get softer. Husband was the one who built it and he expressed how well everything was packaged (even though they came in 7 different packages!!!) Couch came efficiently and on time. I expressed to the seller our struggle of not having a couch in our home and they ensured to communicate to the warehouse & get it shipped out a few days later!!! Looks elegant & modern. I have had this couch for 10 months now and I wanted to wait to see how it would hold up over time. Starting with a positive! the couch is beautiful. It is the exact texture and aesthetic I was looking for in my living room, and I absolutely love that it is modular. Now for the negatives... I am sad with how badly this couch aged. It is literally wood and memory foam with little to no cushion on the back support. It is extremely uncomfortable!! The memory foam on the seat cushion has worn out and you will feel the wood on the sides of each seat.... extremely painful. I've had to use the small cushions it came with to put in between the seats so it doesn't hurt to sit. Overall, I definitely don't think it's $1,000.00 for (couch = $750+) (shipping = $200+). Take the money and buy a better-quality couch!!! ... show more
