Just don't, I've been going back and forth with these people for 2 months now and all I need is simple instructions. They sent a video of the how to, however, it was while they were in the factory, I need to got the rubber Handel off to replace the display, they send me a video of them just sliding it off with no problems, they sent all of this BEFORE they glued it, I have tried everything to get mine off except destroying the bar using wrenches and screwdrivers to pry it off. I assembled the scooter as instructed, but it’s displaying a transmitting malfunction error and won’t move. What’s most frustrating is the lack of adequate support. The only way to communicate with them is via email, and they respond in the middle of the night, meaning it takes an entire day to get a reply. This has resulted in multiple days just to troubleshoot. Although the manual indicates a transmission malfunction, they initially suggested the issue might be with the brake. Now, they’re proposing to send me a new dashboard. I’ll update this review if the issue is resolved. However, I regret not purchasing a brand-name scooter with phone-based tech support. At this point, I’m seriously considering returning it for a different brand. Update: couldn't get scooter to work and had to return.
