Scooter is junk my daughter has probably rode this four times and you can’t get ahold of anyone for parts or warranty. Apparently Amazon handles their customer service side of it and all they do is tell you they’ll email You a resolution in 24-48 hours and it’s always complete radio silence save your money and frustration and go a different route because the company selling this brand of scooter is worthless. I assembled the scooter as instructed, but it’s displaying a transmitting malfunction error and won’t move. What’s most frustrating is the lack of adequate support. The only way to communicate with them is via email, and they respond in the middle of the night, meaning it takes an entire day to get a reply. This has resulted in multiple days just to troubleshoot. Although the manual indicates a transmission malfunction, they initially suggested the issue might be with the brake. Now, they’re proposing to send me a new dashboard. I’ll update this review if the issue is resolved. However, I regret not purchasing a brand-name scooter with phone-based tech support. At this point, I’m seriously considering returning it for a different brand. Update: couldn't get scooter to work and had to return.
