Scooter is junk my daughter has probably rode this four times and you can’t get ahold of anyone for parts or warranty. Apparently Amazon handles their customer service side of it and all they do is tell you they’ll email You a resolution in 24-48 hours and it’s always complete radio silence save your money and frustration and go a different route because the company selling this brand of scooter is worthless. Just don't, I've been going back and forth with these people for 2 months now and all I need is simple instructions. They sent a video of the how to, however, it was while they were in the factory, I need to got the rubber Handel off to replace the display, they send me a video of them just sliding it off with no problems, they sent all of this BEFORE they glued it, I have tried everything to get mine off except destroying the bar using wrenches and screwdrivers to pry it off.
