I just received my FR-6KsL massage chair. I had a question about delivery and Forever Rest customer service responded right away. Saia freight called ahead to schedule my delivery so I knew when I needed to be home for delivery. The massage chair was delivered on time and the delivery driver SO professional, courteous, respectful, and extremely helpful! He brought the chair into my house because I was worried about how I was going to get it inside by myself, and he did it no questions asked! The packaging of the massage chair has strong plastic ties around the outside of the box so you can easily hold onto them and it makes it easier to move and slide the massage chair where you need it to go. The chair comes fully assembled with the exception of the foot rest which was very easy to attach. I watched a video online how to assemble the foot rest and it was incredibly simple. The chair was packaged exceptionally well and I easily slid the massage chair into a room with a 29” width doorway by myself, no problems. If the doorway is less than 29” wide I imagine you would need to remove the door or doorway stop. The chair is gorgeous! It is made of great quality material. I selected the color black and it looks fantastic. Everything you need to know can be found in the instruction manual. The hand control is easy to navigate and self explanatory. The chair is space saving as it needs minimal room behind it to fully recline to zero mode, I have mine about 3” from the wall and it is plenty of room for the chair to recline. I played around with the settings while I tried my massage chair out for the first time and the programs are easy to maneuver and comprehend. The footrest can be extended by pushing your feet down and the process is smooth. I used the air pressure for my shoulder, legs and feet on the lowest setting and it was enough for me, I cannot imagine the air pressure on the highest setting! I really liked that in manual mode you can select a specific area for massage, for example different levels of your back where you want the massage to focus on. I am 5’9” and slender build and this massage chair fits me perfectly. It is not a large massage chair in respects to the width of the seat area and a larger figured individual could fit but I imagine it would be very snug. The massage chair is quiet and operationally it feels smooth when it moves. When the massage is complete, the chair will automatically move back to its original position like when the power is off but it is again a smooth process. I know I have only had this massage chair for one day but I am beyond impressed! The massage chair is comfortable and I believe a good value for the price. I will occasionally update this review to keep you apprised of how it is working, but so far so good!

I, like many others, did a crazy amount of research before selecting this chair. I narrowed down my choices and made my own comparison chart which still had 20 chairs on it. I'm an athlete so I wanted a chair with the L track, heat, foot massage, stretching mode, body scan, zero gravity, all tied in a nice lil bow for a very affordable price. The Forever Rest FR-6KSL more than delivered. First off, I still had several questions after I narrowed down my search. This was NOT the most expensive chair on my list which made me question if it was actually what I wanted. So I reached out to Forever Rest. Andre was AMAZING and did not steer me wrong. From questions about the warranty/shipping fees (it's the same whether you buy via the company or Amazon) to preference for an athlete, he was prompt, informative, and VERY helpful. This made making this purchase so much easier and put my mind at ease. I'm happy to say that the delivery company was on top of it and I was able to get my FR-6KSL a week early! The box easily fit through my front door, and the foot piece was SUPER easy to attach (I am not Bob the Builder by any means)! I literally was able to jump in and get started right away (I did read the instructions though). Bluetooth synced right up and I had the most AMAZING massage! I'm not going to lie, this chair exceeded any and all expectations I had! It's not loud. The intensity is GREAT (I love deep tissue massages) and I haven't even tried the highest setting yet. However, it's also gentle enough for my 10 year old to enjoy. I love how I can customize my massage. The calf massage/air bags are a HUGE relief for me as I am recovering from a torn achilles and the foot piece extends out (it's retractable so you don't have to adjust anything). The remote is easy to understand and control the chair (you can even set the width of the rollers!). The timer allows you to let it do it's thing and I love the manual settings. The zero gravity is smooth and oh so relaxing. And the butt massage is superb! Not to mention but it looks AWESOME! It's not clunky and it doesn't take up a lot of space at all! I've only had the chair 2 days but I am again beyond satisfied so far. Even if there is a problem later, I'm confident that Andre and Forever Rest will resolve it easily. I can't wait to try out ALL of the functions! Congratulations, you've found your massage chair!

The chair was a Christmas present. Theres a process to the shipping. It ships from the seller then I had to call to make an appointment to get it shipped to my house. Not bad tho, i had peace of mind that it would be shipped on a certain day and time. My whole family loves the chair! It came in 1 box and was easy to put together. All we had to do was hook the foot/lef massage to the chair which was easy as there are instructions but could do without. Its not as big and bulky as it looks! Its a nice size and hugs well. The butt massage is great. The only thing about the chair that gives it 4 stars is that the airbag pressure on the legs is too strong ... my dad has problems with his knee and it's crushingly strong. Even with changing the intensity .. the pressure doesn't change much which is too bad. However, others in my family seem to be ok with the leg pressure. It also has no presets so when you go manual and find a good setting, it can't be saved. Overall great quality and the back massage is amazing! My parents love it!

I paid $500 more for this chair last year in 2022 (before they reduced the price), and chair is the BEST furniture investment I've ever made! I also suggest buying the extended warranty just in case for an item like this. This massage chair allows 30 minutes minimum at a time, while giving you complete control of the pressure, intensity, different massage options, heat settings, zero gravity, back/ feet incline, Bluetooth and air bag pressures. The customer service is AMAZING and this is seriously the best massage chair on Amazon! 100%
