It was advertised as 10 ft of plastic beads. I received two random lengths of beads, no instructions and no plastic piece to join the length into one long loop. I wrote questions about these two issues that were posted but did I not get an answer. Not sure what to do.

Firstly, I get that I’m paying for Prime “free” shipping in the price, but $9 for 10 yards of plastic chain — which probably costs them $0.10/yard, if I’m being generous — stings a little. Secondly, they didn’t even include ONE connector, instead suggesting in their “often purchased with” that I buy 5 of them (separately!) for, like, $10 or something equally outrageous. So they have sent me this ‘chain loop’, which is supposed to.... NOT make a loop? With no connector, it’s just a chain, guys. :/ THIRDLY, they didn’t even send a full 10 yards!! The chain came to about 26 feet long.... that’s not even 9 yards, for those of us looking at the item description and scratching our heads. I will say, as for its redeeming qualities: it is black, as described, and the size of the beads was accurately listed. Also, having used it a few times (with the ends dangling free, un-connected and aimless) to raise and lower my lightweight roller shade, it has not snapped. So there’s that. Off to color the white chain connector with a black Sharpie — or would nail polish be smarter? 👋🏽 ... show more

If you have a roller shade and need replacement fir the chain I recommend it. It does not bring the clips to join the ends after you cut the chain to size so buy them separately.
