I tried two of their jackets, both seemed to be really well made, fairly heavy yet quite well ventilated (I am in the Deep South so this was an important feature for me). I can literally feel air moving through the jackets just walking, with no wind. Being my first bee jacket I was unsure of the sizing and this company worked with me to find the right fit, I cannot say enough about the quality and attentiveness of their customer service. I would recommend erring on the smaller size (at least for women) they recommend following tee shirt size and for me (usually a size 6) but take either a small or often medium tee shirt I still found even the small to be a bit large, but then it’s not meant to be a fashion statement. The small seems to be working just fine now that I am getting adjusted to it. Between that and the quality of their product I don’t think you could go wrong in ordering from them. I know I will definitely order from them again. Having looked at other much more expensive veiled jackets I can’t imagine how they could be much any better than the jacket I received from Foxhound Bee Company, I love mine! ... show more

I really am very pleased with my purchase. This jacket is well made and I like the zip down face veil feature. Wearing this sure beats being in a full suit during the summer. I would def buy this product again.

I am absolutely thrilled to get a ventilated jacket finally. After going through one Alabama Summer in my thick canvas bee jacket, this one will fit the bill nicely. Good quality material and nice attention to construction and detail make this jacket a super nice purchase!

jacket size is good, the zipper for the veil to secure to the jacket has two problems, one when you unzip the veil is unzips all the way to the beginning and comes apart, very annoying, 2nd now the zipper teeth separate and is not usable as the teeth come apart. I will see if we can get an exchange or refund. ... show more

The quality of this beekeeping jacket is excellent! It's very comfortable and well designed. The veil is large with great peripheral vision. Don't let the price fool you. It's well worth it.
