Item was delivered out of the packaging and the watch was bouncing around out of the protective wrapping and scratched. The protective packaging/tin the watch comes in was completely bent. I bought the insurance but don’t want to return it because of a little scratch but I would have liked a non damaged watch since it s expensive. ... show more

The watch arrived poorly packaged in a bubbled bag. Luckily Is working considering the watch was completely out of the box it came with, which indicates was tossed and mangled in transit. However this watch is sold as a women watch but is too big for my wrist and it looks more a man watch to me, unfortunately I will be returning it cause it doesn’t look good so oversized on my wrist. The decorative box is all dented , some people like to keep them but this one is ruined. Please make sure you package this type of items on boxes instead of bags, it won’t worth you save some extra bucks in packaging when customer return the products because they don’t work ... show more
