Called Fossil, based on a customer's comment and a response from Fossil; and they will send two links for free and ordered an extra one at a nominal charge. The "screw" that regulates setting the time on this watch is EXTREMELY hard to access! As I was trying to set the correct time, the "screw" fell off of the watch and I was unable to get it back in place!! This is a eautiful watch. The leather strap is thick, which is a great thing because it will stand the wear and tear of regular use. The watch even looks good on my tiny wrist. All my fossil watches last over 10 years if they are taken care of.

I found it difficult to see the numbers on this watch as there isn't much contrast between them and the face of the watch. What I received was apparently a returned item. Inside the mailer bag I found the metal box empty with the top off. The watch was thrown in the bag and so was the protective plastic liner that was meant to cover the watch. The stem was engaged, leaving me to question the battery life of the watch. It would stall and start, without me doing anything to it. The look is very nice, navy band with rose gold watch itself. I just think the numbers and the watch hands should've had more distinction/contrast between the 2. I am returning the watch because of this reason, and the fact that I believe this watch was a returned item prior to me purchasing. Also, it most definitely wasn't handled with care from the packaging department. ... show more
