I've used this for two years now on an outdoor aluminum fence completely exposed to rain and snow. So far there is no noticeable difference after all the weathering.

Easy to set combination. Directions were short and to the point. I tested it to see if it could be reset by anyone. It can not be reset unless you know the combination.

The ability to set and lock the new combination is the best feature of this lock. The combination on most locks get reset when the lock is open. This lock requires the removal of a screw and flipping a switch to change the combination.

I tried a different lock with the small numbers on the side. Numbers were black in chrome and barely visible in locker room especially when trying to see the side. This lock has big bold numbers on the front. Exactly what I was looking for.
