Have had it for a few months now. 100% happy with the quality & performance. Much quieter than my old OEM charger. This is being used on a Yamaha 48V G29 Drive cart. A big big plus is the service. Originally was having intermittent issues with it.....long story made short, I apparently ordered the wrong charger. One call and he quickly figured it out, and expressed shipped a new charger to me along with return shipping labels for the other one. That's great USA customer service since it was my fault & not theirs. Not getting that kind of support from overseas suppliers. Totally recommend this.

My FORM 48 Volt Charger for my 2015 Yamaha golf cart was still under the original warranty when it started behaving strangely. After plugging it into the cart, it would flash red and green as if preparing to charge, then immediately go to green indicating a full charge. However, the battery meter showed the batteries were at 50% and continuing to discharge. They were full of water and my battery hydrometer displayed their condition as good to fair. There was nothing in the troubleshooting section of the operation manual or the Form Charge website addressing this. I sent a message to Form Charge using their "contact us" on their website. It was quickly answered with the suggestion that the problem was a component failure. I was encouraged to fill out a warranty claim, which I did. My claim was approved and a new charger was sent via Amazon expedited shipping, arriving within 3 days. The new charger works perfectly and fully charged the batteries overnight. Excellent customer service, very much appreciated!

Bought charger to keep a trickle on my Yamaha golf cart batteries. Item arrived quickly and packed well. Setup could not have been easier...plug it into the wall and then your cart and go. The charger functions perfectly and I sturdy enough to mount on the wall as recommended. The cable and end are heavy and seem durable. For the price, this charger can't be beat in my opinion.

Bought this charger a year and half ago. Worked way above expectations on my 2009 Yamaha golf cart. Recently an unknown electrical issue caused unit to malfunction. Filed warranty claim. Service rep RON diagnosed the issue with my charger and sent me a replacement unit in just 3 days. It is not often that a company honors a warranty without trying to find a way not too. Highly recommend this product and this company. New unit works like a charm...lightweight and portable.

I did a lot of research before buying the Form charger. This one fulfilled all my needs, lightweight, simple to use,wall mounted,battery trickle charge. Upon receiving the Form charger I couldn't get it to fully charge my batteries . I called the provided phone and talked to Ron a service technician. He gave me several options as to what could be wrong.I tried everything we could think of. Finally we thought that maybe the receptacle on it my G22 Yamaha may be the problem. After more tries, Ron offered to send me a receptacle. I thanked him for the offer and purchased one. Installed it and everything worked great. Turns out the problem was my cart, NOT THE FORM CHARGER. I would recommend this company, and charger. Happy purchaser DZ

Cart wouldn't charge when I first got the charger. Thought it was likely the cart. Filled out the feedback they asked for and Ron (tech support) quickly got in touch. He was extremely helpful, sent a trouble shooting guide and I was able to resolve it pretty quickly. Charger is high quality and working fine. Very impressed with their support.
