My Form charger worked great for my 48V EZ Go TXT Golf cart. At 3 years it stopped charging. I followed the warranty claim submission instructions online (explain the problem, provide the Amazon order info, and send a short video of the charger/status light, plugged into the cart, and of the batteries - easy). I was pleasantly surprised to have a response NEXT DAY indicating a replacement charger was on its way with expedited shipping! Be sure to register your charger for the 5 year extended warranty, but the great customer service and warranty should make you feel confident in your purchase.

I bought this charger when I upgraded my golf cart battery to lithium. When I received it, the build quality appeared to be great. I used it one time, and then the charger quit working. I reached out to the company, and within an hour they had responded back and had expedited shipping on a new charger. Their customer service is wonderful, and I have not had any issues out of the new charger. I also run a campground and have bought 4 more of their chargers for our staff golf carts and have not had any issues out of any of them either. I highly recommend buying from this family owned business, and you have any issues just reach out to them and they will make it right

I have owned this Charger for about a year and a half. It was working fine until I took the cart out at the start of this golf season and my Cart only lasted 6 holes on what I thought was a full charge. I took a Battery to my guy and he told me the batteries were fine, it was probably the Charger cutting off too soon. So, I used my neighbors charger to verify that and it did appear that this charger was not truly fully charging my batteries all the way. So knowing there was a good warranty on the charger, I contacted Form Charge via their website and explained the issue. They immediately got back to me with one thing for me to verify. I did that and they confirmed that the Charger was not fully charging my batteries. They then immediately expedited me a new one, which is working fine. I definitely appreciated their quick response to my issue and upholding their warranty.

Initially it worked fine. New charger,new batteries. After nearly 1 year, the charge did not hold. Was it the batteries or the charger. The battery company responded immediately. Sent out a technician. When he first report came thru, batteries were fine. Not enough. They sent a technician to put a load on the batteries for ( hours. They were fine. $80 for their service. Well, talking or even writing to the charger company was not permitted. The best you could get from the charger support group or maybe only person was an automated message with questions attached. If you did not answer all the questions as they asked, you could not submit! No additional questions were allowed. Then you waited, and got another email asking for a video of you plugging in the charger, inserting it into the cart. Then capture the light sequence etc. by now most people would give up. That is obviously what they are hoping for. I borrowed my neighbors charger as I wanted to use my cart and play golf. It was not going to happen with this company.
