I have owned this Charger for about a year and a half. It was working fine until I took the cart out at the start of this golf season and my Cart only lasted 6 holes on what I thought was a full charge. I took a Battery to my guy and he told me the batteries were fine, it was probably the Charger cutting off too soon. So, I used my neighbors charger to verify that and it did appear that this charger was not truly fully charging my batteries all the way. So knowing there was a good warranty on the charger, I contacted Form Charge via their website and explained the issue. They immediately got back to me with one thing for me to verify. I did that and they confirmed that the Charger was not fully charging my batteries. They then immediately expedited me a new one, which is working fine. I definitely appreciated their quick response to my issue and upholding their warranty.

UPDATE: My original charger died and the shop put it on the test bench and it failed. so spend 700 including tax for a replacement,or go to amazon and find this one. I tried a cheaper one first, but the charging cable was loose in the cart and kept rebooting the charger. this one has a solid feed and is easy to use and see the status. so far so good for 1/2 the price of an original. one thing I should mention is you don't get the green blinking light on the golf cart, but you can see on the charger that it is charging. After 6 months the charger didn't seem like it was charging right, so got in touch with support and Ron diagnosed the issue and sent me a new charger which works great. warranty is one year, and the support was awesome. they stand behind the product.

Initially it worked fine. New charger,new batteries. After nearly 1 year, the charge did not hold. Was it the batteries or the charger. The battery company responded immediately. Sent out a technician. When he first report came thru, batteries were fine. Not enough. They sent a technician to put a load on the batteries for ( hours. They were fine. $80 for their service. Well, talking or even writing to the charger company was not permitted. The best you could get from the charger support group or maybe only person was an automated message with questions attached. If you did not answer all the questions as they asked, you could not submit! No additional questions were allowed. Then you waited, and got another email asking for a video of you plugging in the charger, inserting it into the cart. Then capture the light sequence etc. by now most people would give up. That is obviously what they are hoping for. I borrowed my neighbors charger as I wanted to use my cart and play golf. It was not going to happen with this company.
