This is an excellent kitchen faucet. I had replace my glacier bay for this one. The faucet work flawless and easy to hook up. The water pressure work nicely with a strong flow. The pull down also work on point and the swivel.

I really like my faucet. I like all of the functions. It’s not a heavy faucet compared to my old one. This is very light weight. I’m not sure how long it will last. I really do like it and it looks nice. It doesn’t pull back as fast once you pull it out, maybe after using it for a while I hope it takes care of itself. There is no noise. I do notice that the water pressure is a little different. It’s not as strong and not as tall as my old faucet. Those differences I can live with. The installation takes about an hour. Once I remove the old faucet. The instructions could have been a little better. But overall I would buy again based on what I paid for it. ... show more

But with lots of muscle it was finally out and as expected the the new faucet was simple to drop in and attach using the adapters. I want to say that customer service responded to my email in less than 24 hours and were helpful. In the top of the box there was a sticker that said to use 3/4 to 1/2” adapters for rv kitchens however the integrated lines on the faucet are 3/8” so if you have a mobile home/rv please noted the sticker should say 3/8 to 1/2 inch not 3/4 to 1/2 inch. I was going to put the turn on handle on the right side but if I did that it would mean that pulling it down would be the hot water and sense I have children who would pull on it that could be a problem so I put the turn on in the front which is marked as hot to the left and cold to the right. Also because I have both left and right handers using it that makes it easy for everyone. I have used the faucet now for a couple of weeks and am very happy with it. Do leaks, no drips. ... show more

I really loved the faucet at first, the water pressure was never that good though, but it looks great I love the touch less motion sensor to turn it on and off without having to use the lever, especially when hands are dirty, but now that I’ve had this for 6+ months, the base-plate’s black paint started peeling off, leaving black flakes on my counter and falling into the sink. I’ve also noticed that when switching from the spray mode to the regular faucet mode, it doesn’t want to stay in either mode but starts to shoot water out of the sprayer and the regular faucet mode unless you press it the button really really hard and gets worse as time goes on. I also reached out to support about the base-plate paint flaking off and haven’t gotten a response. UPDATE: July 2026, the spray button broke, I can no longer switch between spray mode and regular faucet mode. ... show more
