The safe arrived on time and was well packaged. It is a robust safe with a strong 3 bar lock, plenty of internal storage space and a lot of features for a very modest price. Open by key, security code or fingerprint. The safe connects to wifi and can be configured to send alerts to an app installed on your phone whenever it is opened, tampered with or if consecutive unsuccessful attempts to open it are made. An alarm of the wifi gateway device also sounds. The YouTube video guides for installation and configuration of the safe are very professional and easy to follow. While the safe itself is good, the customer support is some of the most impressive I have ever experienced. I purchased the safe for an association, to be accessed by multiple board members. I was having some difficulty configuring multiple security codes and sending alerts to multiple users' sub accounts. I submitted a help desk request through the app and expected to have to wait a day or two for a response. I was amazed to receive a response by email within 10 minutes. Oliver, the help desk technician, recommended some measures to resolve the issue. He also took some of the feedback I provided to the software development team and they are using this to develop some enhancements to the app. This was an outstanding customer service experience and I could not be more pleased with my purchase! ... show more

    • Not good quality!
I’ve had for about 18 mths. Gateway will no longer connect to device. Yesterday the finger print scanner stopped working. Overall, it really goes thru AA batteries and I open a couple times per week. I am currently using the key to open. I might try and connect the gateway again someday soon since finger print won’t work. $299 for this doesn’t seem to be worth the money. The quality of the electronics is subpar. I had to turn off all features to conserve the AA batteries. I thought it would be useful to know when the safe is opened. I am contemplating just getting a new safe and install a door/window sensor to get notification thru my alarm system. ... show more

I purchased this safe through a Kickstarter campaign, and have been so happy with its performance over the last 6 months, since I’ve had it installed. It holds so much more than my last safe, has a very accurate fingerprint reader, I love that it records who opens it, when, and how. I have been so happy, I may buy a second one, so I can share it, and “share” a code for people to pick up or drop off items to be secured, if I’m not around. Was thinking this will be a heavy one , from the pics . But when i get it i found out it is so light and if someone wanna to steal it , they can carry it away very easily .
