I really like the look of the toothbrush, its unique and it's easy to clean as well Pro's: + feels very gentle on the gums + charges within 2h (not sure how long the charge will hold, granted it advertises 365 days and on the label it says 365 uses? I hope people brush their teeth more than once a day! But 3-6month charge is still much better than any other competitor offers) + due to big head size it covers a wide area while brushing + good for sensitive teeth, brushed is soft and gentle, but bulky Con: - it initially made me gag since the head of the toothbrush size is very big and thick, especially if you are trying to brush the back of your teeth - I am also concerned about my back teeth, since the brush is so big I am not able to brush the tooth in the back very good on each side due to the lack of space - not as strong as official sonic care brushes - too pricey In general the teeth feel clean - but not as "dentist-clean", especially not the backside of my teeth due to the big brush head. I have read many reviews about official toothbrushes being too strong and possibly destroying the enamel (leading to more cost down the road); however, I'll check in with my dentist next week to seek an official opinion (had checkups planned anyways) Overall the toothbrush is nice, but I may switch to a smaller toothbrush due to the flaws I pointed out above. I was originally very excited due to the positive reviews, but the experience for me hasn't been as superb and therefore pricing for an -okay- toothbrush was way too much. I work in the beauty industry where we sell Foreo so I understand first hand how well their products work, longevity power & expense. I really didn’t want to pay $200 for this toothbrush so when Prime day rolled around I snagged this toothbrush for $80! I was SO happy but the true test was how well it worked! I was so sick of replacing all of my other Panasonic toothbrushes within 8 months because something or other would break. The foreo toothbrush is fantastic.     • Amazing quality! Super gentle, yet powerful brush.

I have been using this brush for over a week now and I absolutely must share my excitement with this product. I am, so far, very happy with this brush. I have very sensitive gums and teeth. Went through so many other brands with rotating heads and polymer bristles. None really worked for me, as they ended up being to abrasive, strong and were bothering my gums. I decided to give T-Sonic pulsations a try, and what a difference it is! There are several levels of intensity, so I adjusted it to a lower one. Silicone brsitles are so gentle ( and anti-bacterial) , and the ones in the middle are super soft as well, but their placement is such they do not really touch my gums. Result- my gums do not bleed now. Pulsations do great job taking off plaque and dirt from my teeth and in between. I absolutely love the sleek design, brush is light weight, silicone is non -slippery, handle is round and fits and feels nicely in my hand. These brush heads last longer than the ones from competitors, again due to the silicone material which does not collect bacteria. The brush came in charged, but I left it to charge for couple of hours anyway. It's not loud once it's on. The handle has a nice balance to it, so it stands stirdly on its own. There is a travel pouch included. I am not going to dwell on packaging, it's nice and product is well protected while shipped. I am not a fan of plastic, but I guess it does provide better protection. Overall, I am very satisfied with the results so far! This is a great toothbrush; battery life is ridiculously long…I’ve had it for 4 months now and it is still going. But, it gets my teeth clean gently. I have very sensitive gums and I’ve had no issues since buying this; my dental check up last week was great!

What I like about the Issa 3 sonic toothbrush is the minimalistic design and the fact that it is charged with a USB cable. Usually when I think of electric toothbrushes I think of clunky charging docks and accessories which take up so much counter space and aren't the most travel friendly. I'd honestly dare to travel with the Issa 3 even without its charging cable because it holds a charge really well, I'd have to test out the 365 days with only one charge claim but it's doing amazing so far. The design is similar to a classic toothbrush only slightly larger and the silicone material is softer so it isn't rough on the gums. I haven't experienced any bleeding while getting used to it, like I did with regular soft toothbrushes before. ... show more

This toothbrush is way too expensive to have such a deep design flaw: bristles consistently break off. I'm an adult who is meticulous with dental hygiene; I've used many toothbrushes over the years, both electric and manual. I've ordered two replacement heads for this brish and both developed the same problem after only a few weeks of use: the bristles begin to fall off. The silicone thing sounds great but this company did not execute well. Just switched to an Oral-B IO series and will see how that goes. I don't plan on trying future Foreo products. ... show more

I love how quiet this product is and how clean my teeth feel after using it. My experience with Sonicare wasn't good...every toothbrush became unbearable noisy after a year or so. I feel like it does a far better job with cleaning and with helping maintain healthy gums. I highly recommend it!
