    • Lay flat to dry … seriously?

Who has space to “lay flat” a tablecloth to dry anywhere except on the floor … and who would want to eat off it after that? I bought because of the “wrinkle free” but didn’t see the drying instructions; certainly thought a polyester tablecloth would go in the dryer! It looks nice, but the fabric is designed with what I can only call “runs” in it (think of ladies’ nylons or pantyhose that have snagged). So you see straight through these holes to your table or table pad. And these “runs” snag on the corners of the table making it hard to get it centered just right on the table, and they look like they will snag/rip/run further at the lightest touch. Still it’s very cheap and looks nice enough (fortunately my table pads are dark wood colored so the see-through holes on the “runs” don’t look too bad) so I will keep it and see if it holds up at all. Would love to know fonorherw are just throwing this on the dryer. ... show more
