This massager is fantastic. It has heat, airbag, and three intense levels. You can set the timer 15, 20 or 25 minutes, and you have 3 modes to choose from. Gental mode, Strong mode and Airbag Mode. I personally like the airbag mode, which is the roller will randomly turn off and has a focus of the airbag pressure. I feel the blood circulation get improved. I personally like strong massage, and this thing really can produce a strong force, this is a kind of amazed me. With the help of the pressure from the airbag, it makes the force from the roller at the bottom very intense. Other than that, the roller placed just right at the arc of my feet below. To me, the arc is the fatigue point of my feets. The airbag mode with the strongest strength selected, this machine produces a very relaxed foot massage experience. 25 minutes sitting on the couch just like a few minutes. It goes so fast. I am very enjoy it and strongly recommend it who always has tired feet. Although it is so good, it still has something to get improved. I think the heat can be hotter, and the third roller (at the heel) can position higher. Currently, the third roller is placing too low, my small feet can barely touch it.     • If you want a "foot" squeezer, this is your unit!
Some people may find this squeezes your feet pretty hard on Intensity 3 (max intensity), but you can always set it for intensity level 1 (low intesity) or intesity level 2 (medium intensity). I personally LOVE "Intensity level 3". The kneeding action on the bottom of your feet is great. I will run my feet typically twice daily. I love having my feet being worked on, and the harder the better! This foot massager really refreshes my feet. They feel almost "brand new" lol. All and all, I'm extremely happy my wonderful wife purchased this item for me. It seems to be fairly well built, and the ability to operated it via app seemed wierd at first, but to restart and make adjustments without bending over is actually quite nice.     • It is a great foot massager.
I have read positive and negative reviews on this. There are some things I want to mention. The intensity levels are very subtle and 1 is fairly strong so moving from 1 to 3 is not a big difference. With in 1-3 there is a setting where it gets very tight but it is not uncomfortable at all, it feels good to me. The heat mode is very mild but gets warm towards the end. My favorite setting would be heat on, intensity 2 and mode 2. Sit back and enjoy a great massage. ... show more

‼️UPDATE‼️ I increased my review from 3 stars to 4 because after leaving my original review, the supplier contacted me to resolve the issue. I hadn't filed for a refund or exchange. They went above and beyond to both monitor the reveiws left for their product and make sure I was a happy customer. Good customer service is so hard to come by these days. This product does massage your feet. And I am impressed with the deep tissue effect you can get with the air compression. But that is pretty much it. 1. There is little to no difference between intensity 1, 2 or 3. 2. If you're sitting high, like on a counter stool, it is at the perfect angle and is quite nice. If you're sitting on a couch, the angle is not so nice and this machine can be quite painful. 3. Obviously, everyone has different size feet. You can't adjust for this. You can only slide your foot in or out more, but the air compression will push your foot back. 4. The heat is almost non-existant. Which was actually the number one reason I wanted this machine instead of the hundreds of less expensive ones. So that was the most disappointing. All in all, I wouldn't buy it again. ... show more

    • Wow squeeze, so much tight
I wear size 6 men's/8 women's shoes. Plenty of room in the machine for bigger feet! But it works great for me. Rollers under the feet, squeezing all around the feet. Bigger feet might get more squeeze, idk. I started at lowest intensity level but quickly decided I needed MORE SQUEEZE because it feels great, and now the top intensity (3) is my preferred setting. I wish it had adjustable feet (ha) so I could make it tilt for more comfort when lounging. I have to sit up straight to get the best foot massage from the machine. But otherwise it's awesome. Wearing socks when using doesn't change the massage. 8/10, would recommend, would buy again ... show more

    • Product doesn't work at all. Poor Customer Support
This item arrived quickly. Instructions said to plug it in, put your feet in, and touch the power button. The only problem is the power button doesn't work. Neither does the heat button. Nor do any of the other settings. NOTHING. There is a small blue light that comes on, indicating it's ready to Bluetooth to my phone. So I downloaded the app, connected to the massager, pushed the power button on the app...NOTHING. I carried this unit around the house plugging it into several different outlets...no change. Nothing. No sound. No air. No shiatsu, no heat. Just that little blue light telling me there's power to the unit. ETEKCITY doesn't answer their phone but if you leave a voicemail or write them an email they contact you back within two days. When they contacted me back they said I obviously have a broken product and that they would send me an email within a couple of minutes with warrantee information, but that if I want a refund, all they'll do is give me store credit. I've been waiting for a couple of hours for that email, but it hasn't arrived. It's not in my spam folder either. Fortunately, I bought this on Amazon Prime, so I'm returning it today for full refund. I'm shopping now for better product and better customer service. I do not recommend this product. It doesn't work at all, and customer service is questionable. ... show more
