I typically use powdered creamer and the frother didn’t make any significant foamy topping. But after reading some info online, I got some whole milk and the frother works great with that. For my lattes, I use 4 ounces of coffee and four ounces of whole milk. I use the Aeropress coffee maker and start with the coffee (up to the “2” mark which seems to be about four ounces). While I’m waiting the 30 seconds before pressing, I put four ounces of whole milk in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then I use this frother to whip the milk (in my 2-cup glass measuring cup) for 10-15 seconds before pouring it in the coffee . The liquid milk pours in fast and mixes into the coffee, then the foam remains to slowly pour and it floats on top. I’ve attached a photo. I haven’t done latte art with it yet. May need a narrower spout to have a more precise pour of the foam. I may update this after I’ve used the frother more. I’ve only had it for a few days now. I didn’t originally get the stand - just didn’t notice that the frother I ordered didn’t come with one. I quickly ordered a stand for it. ... show more

I bought this product Oct of last year. It worked great for about 7 months. I failed to remember that it came with a warranty so I decided to order another one. I ordered the black version this time because I did not need the stand. I had problems with the black one that I did not have with the white one from the first. The black one vibrated so hard it would almost come out of my hand unless I kept a death grip on it. I notified the company I was going to be returning it instead of activating the warranty because it was so different from the white one. Customer service replied quickly and tried to help me resolve the issue. Unfortunately, nothing they suggested helped. I then asked if they would replace the original white one that had died in July. Elisa with customer service said no problem once I had verified the purchase from Amazon. I received the replacement in quick order and it worked great, just like the original with minimal vibration during use. While this exchange was happening the black one quit working. I was still within my 30 day return window with Amazon and I told Elisa I was going to send it back. She offered to send me a replacement instead and I received another white version and it works as well as the other one. I love the balloon whisk for mixing powdered supplements as the powders are quickly dissolved. The is a great product and customer service is awesome. Elisa was courteous, friendly, and helpful. She even contacted me for followup verifying I was happy with the replacement products. ... show more

Overall, the frother looks nice and seems sturdy. Does its job if you're not looking for a real thick froth, but it's frothy enough for me. The only thing is that there's a noticeable vibration in the wand and makes me feel like it might slip from my hands while in use. Especially since the on/speed and off switch is on the side and I have to use my thumb to press the switches while trying to hold on. It's a bit awkward. I did email the company and they were very responsive but only told me to let them know if the vibration problem got worse. It's been about a month and the vibration hasn't gone away. I'm kinda ambivalent about that since it feels worse on some days and better on others- do I ask for a replacement or put up with the bit strong vibration? Since I feel like I'm not using the frother as much as usual due to the uneasiness I feel with the vibration, I may go ahead and request a replacement. I hope the strong vibration is not a "normal" characteristic of this particular frother and the replacement is OK. Customer service is excellent tho and their warranty period is 3 years so they stand behind their product! ... show more

I am very pleased. It works exactly as advertised. It does an excellent job at mixing and frothing my morning fix of bullet-proof coffee. Shortly after receiving it, I noticed the LED was not working when I charged it. I contacted the seller, and I received the best customer service anyone could hope for. They agreed with my observations of how it was not working, and they immediately shipped me a replacement. The LED on the replacement works perfectly. There are many choices of frothers on Amazon. I don't see how you could do any better than buying this one. It is a value purchase, meaning that when considering cost, performance, and customer service it is well beyond 5-stars. ... show more

We have been using frothers to mix my dogs prebiotic powder in water. We purchased many many many that require batteries. They all end up failing eventually. Replaced batteries but still wouldn't work. Probably bought 3 of them. When I saw this one I was sold at rechargeable! Very powerful.... be warned. Mixes great. Easy to use button placement. Definitely glad I took a chance. I've only had it a short time so I'm hoping it doesn't disappoint but so far so good. ... show more

There's a lot of good to be said about this little gadget - the double frother heads, streamlined footprint, rechargeable feature, even the whisk attachment. As a professional chef, I use it for emulsifying small batches of quick vinaigrettes, salad dressings, whipping eggs, light batters, etc. I like that it comes with metal stand which adds support and protection if I take it somewhere and the slim, upright design takes up little space within an often crowded area of utensils, small dishes, and chopped things. I've not had this unit long enough to determine it's long term durability, but that said - Foodville's 3 year warranty (yes, DO activate your warranty), and the deliberate reaching out of customer support to guarantee satisfaction (Thank you, Elise) seems to make this a safe bet and worthy little investment now and for the future. ... show more
