I like this scale. I tested it with an exact liter of water and it read 1 kilo- perfect. I work in a lab, so had a perfect liter on hand (I don't use this scale in the lab). For all intents and purposes, this scale does the job accurately. I can add my empty bowl and hit Tare in order to measure the contents only. I do a lot of baking, and despise recipes with volumetric measures instead of weight. You simply cannot bake, or recreate your masterpieces, without weight measures. This scale helps me with this.
